Subterranean Chic

Roomy lower level apartment with private terrace and view of wooded courtyard. Central location off busy street however no noise penetrated into the unit. Kitchen fully equipped including Nespresso style coffee maker. Amenities are basic but complete. Myriam provided excellent communication and instructions.

Great place to stay in Toulouse!

Myriam was excellent regarding communication - we never met her, but she did keep in touch with us before and throughout our stay. The apartment was very well equipped, very comfortable, and had an excellent location. We would certainly stay there again as it met our needs!

Idéal

Cet appartement est vraiment idéalement situé, tout près du centre de Toulouse. Nous avons pu ainsi visiter la ville à pied et profiter des belles illuminations de noël. L'appartement est confortable et charmant. De plus, il est situé dans une cour intérieure et donc il n'y a aucun bruit de circulation. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour à Toulouse et recommandons ce logement.

Zentrale, sehr ruhige Souterrain-Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, die Fenster gehen in Richtung Hinterhof, deswegen ist es sehr ruhig. Wer nur Toulouse besichtigen möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

bonne situation géographie

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans cette location dont la situation géographique est appréciable car elle permet de rayonner sur les sites touristiques de la ville sans avoir à prendre la voiture. Le lieu est calme car à l'arrière de l'immeuble sur cour donc nous n'entendons aucunement la circulation du boulevard. Nous avons tout fait à pieds, que ce soit les courses alimentaires ou les visites touristiques et pourtant nous avons de jeunes enfants. Petite attention à notre arrivée ce qui a eu le mérite de nous faire plaisir, draps et linge fournis ce qui nous a permis de nous alléger et bonne litterie. A recommander pour un court séjour. Juste un petit souci d'odeur d'humidité dans la salle de bains qui me gènerait sur un long séjour.

Cozy little place

Nice quiet little place to stay, very secure and reasonably close (walking distance) to most attractions. The kitchen was nicely equipped complete with dishwasher and Myriam provided some nice welcoming treats. It seemed a little odd to us that one of the beds wasn't made up and we got the impression from the greeter that we weren't supposed to use it. There was just the two of us, but when insomnia strikes it would have been nice to have an additional option. The shower doors don't close completely so it is impossible to keep water from getting out which probably contributes to a somewhat musty smell in the bathroom The street market just out front is amazing, but it does limit overnight parking to just one or two nights. My limited French left me unsure of the restrictions (it was Sunday night so think we would have been safe) so we parked in a parking garage about a block away. It was 20 euros a night, so not a cheap date. We turned the car in the next day (Toulouse was the end of trip) so didn't have to deal with it after that. All in all, a nice place and we would stay there again. There's a nice bistro around the corner, Les Fortes Tetes, which we enjoyed.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. L'appartement est propre , bien agencé avec tout ce qu'il faut . Une très bonne situation qui permet de profiter de la ville et des nombreux marchés . Très bien desservi et très calme . A recommander .

appartement très agréable, il y a ce qu'il faut pour se sentir comme à la maison......... Très proche du centre historique,il y a un gros marché sur le boulevard et des commerces de proximités et toute fois l'habitation est au calme car dans une cour intérieure . Venue passer 3 jours pour le mariage de mon fils. J'ai trouvé cette jolie location en plein Toulouse à deux pas du centre historique et toute fois très tranquille car à l’abri dans une cour intérieure .Très fonctionnel ,nous avons pleinement profité de ce qui est à notre disposition( du fer à repasser au four pour griller le pain du matin)La literie est propre et confortable. Petit nid où l'on se sent bien.Le quartier est plein de commerce et il y a un très gros marché sur le boulevard. Myriam est une propriétaire très accommodante.BREF....Une belle adresse. Marie-Luce

Excellente adresse !

J'ai adoré ce nid chic et douillet, rempli de charme et, de plus, situé en plein coeur de la ville rose ! Super pratique pour découvrir Toulouse, sa grande place du Capitole, ses berges de Garonne, ses rues pavées et son architecture. La propriétaire est très sympa et vous donne quelques bonnes adresses pour parfaire votre séjour. Le top ! Je recommande !

Très bon séjour!

La description de la location et de sa situation était précise et les photos véridiques. La location était propre et bien entretenue. Le propriétaire était très gentille et disponible et nous a donné beaucoup de conseils. Sans doute je recommanderais cette location à un ami. La position est vraiment hyper centre et idéale pour se déplacer aussi bien à pieds qu'avec les moyens de transport.
