This beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath house is centrally located. It is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood of Lake Havasu, just 2 miles from the lake.
This is your Dessert Oasis where you can go to relax and get away from all the hustle bustle. This vacation resort has been recently remodeled w/brand new tile throughout, a private master bedroom with a California Kings size bed, a beautiful spa-like bathroom bringing tranquility in its newly remodeled rock-scape shower. There are also 2 bedrooms that that have 2 full size queen beds. The newly decorated guest bath has a tub/shower. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The couch in the living room does not have a pull out, however can sleep 2 additional people. The couch can sit up to 10 people. There is a brand new LED Flat Screen 42" HDTV & BluRay DVD & free movies on Netflix. In living room and all bedrooms have flat screen TV's. Bathrooms are equipped with towels and wash cloths. Kitchen is equipped with all cooking, eating and entertaining needs. Major appliances includes a refrigerator, electric cook top, microwave, toaster, blender and a coffee maker. The kitchen also has a built-in pantry, Brand new dining table and chairs that sits 6 . Washer and dryer room. There is a carport to keep your boat or vehicles out of the sun and plenty of space for parking. There is a large fenced backyard and a beautiful tiled covered sitting area with ceiling fans as you can relax and watch the sun set. Enjoy using the BBQ to cook up some home style barbecue. The side of the house area you can also park a RV or a boat. We look forward to you booking your relaxing getaway!!

The house was beautifully decorated. This place is more than well kept. It looks to have been completely remodeled and has an absolutely stunning master bathroom! Very comfortable and VERY clean!!! Lovely breakfast table and it has a great BBQ on the patio. Communicating with the owners was GREAT. Amazing to deal with and very friendly. We can't wait to stay here again!!! Very comfortable and quiet.

Decorated nicely and very comfortable. Not a peep from the neighbors and close enough to town. The car port and garage are nonassessable as stated in the listing. The kitchen is supplied with everything you would ever need. The master bedroom has high end finish's but the bed is very high in size for a short person.

Family Trip to Havasu!!

The house is beautiful! Three good size bedrooms. The main bedroom/bath is on the other side of the house which is nice. It looks like everything you need for cooking is there. We were at the lake all day and didn't use the kitchen much but it did have the bottle opener we needed! :-) We had a hiccup, but it was handled perfectly for us. Great communication!! I have already recommended the house to a friend, and we will definitely be back!

This property is so incredibly nice, close to the water and the pictures don't do justice to how nice this place is. There is even a lake view when you go to the backyard. It was newly remodeled and I can't believe we got it for the price we paid. You can tell the owners have exceptional taste. The owners responded immediately to all requests. The wine was so nice and unexpected. We will def be back and so appreciate all our accomodations. If you are looking for an upgraded place at the river I strongly suppest you stay here. This is nicer then any place I have stayed at the river. Thanks you for a wonderful vacation in Havasu..
