Great location in Montpellier

Unfortunately, the area attracted a lot of loitering outside the building and these people were very noisy. The apartment is fantastic and well located near the historic area of Montpellier and for shopping.

Contemporary and Comfortable

A lot of attention was given to the design of this apartment. It is pleasant, well-maintained, and stylish. The property description doesn't quite explain the layout. It is actually two apartments that can be combined or divided as needed. Therefore, there are two separate kitchens and two sets of stairs, which is admittedly unusual. There are three very nice bathrooms - also unexpectedly generous in an apartment of this size. The ability to close the door between the two units allows for maximum privacy. The dining/living space is enhanced by the outdoor dining space. It is very quiet. There are some drawbacks - I would not be good for anyone who is tall - the bedrooms have been created by adding a second story to rooms that previously had a very high ceiling. Anyone over 5 ft.8 will find it difficult to avoid head bumps. I would also not recommend it for small children. The bedrooms are separated by two sets of stairs, making it hard to be attentive. One set of stairs is steep and almost ladder-like, and would be dangerous for little ones. For everyone else, the rental has two other features that make it an outstanding choice. It's location near the main train station and tram stops is super convenient. It is a pleasant walk to most places in the historic district. The apartment managers, Amine and Medhi, could not have been nicer or more helpful. Amine had to come late at night to let me in when I lost a set of keys, and was there in minutes. Many thanks.
