Fabulous apartment, a home from home, everything you need is in the apartment. Easy to find from the station, and everywhere is accessible on foot as its very central. Contact with the hosts very good. Only issue (but a very minor one) was one blind was not working so as soon as it was light we were awake but that was no problem, and it is to be repaired shortly. Seeing the window cleaners abseiling in front of the windows was quite a sight when you are on the 11th floor. 100% recommend the apartment to anyone looking to stay in Montpellier.

Wir haben 2 Wochen im Appartement gewohnt und es war von Anfang bis Ende super. Marianne ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin, die uns am ersten Tag in Empfang genommen hat und die immer ansprechbar war. Die Einrichtung des Appartments ist sehr gut und die Ausstattung für eine Ferienwohnung außergewöhnlich gut. Dazu der Ausblick vom 11. Stock über die Stadt. Parfait!

Das Appartement ist genauso, wie auf den Bildern - einfach toll! Hell und sauber.Die Lage perfekt, sehr zentral, etwa drei Minuten bis zur Place de la Comédie.Der Ausblick ist großartig. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet! Der Empfang und die Kommunikation waren sehr gut und sympathisch. Wir haben 8 Tage hier verbracht, uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten unbedingt nochmal wiederkommen. Das Apartment ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.Marianne ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin! Great appartement next to the old town and 50 meters to major shopping center. Few minutes walk to tram stop which is ideal for moving around Montpellier. Appartement is excellently appointed with all needs catered for. Marianne was most helpful.Would recommend for short or long stay.

Außergewöhnliche FeWo im Zentrum Montpelliers

Die Wohnung ist im 11. Stock eines Hochhauskomplexes im Zentrum Montpelliers. Parken optimal in der Tiefgarage unter dem Haus. 5 Minuten vom Objekt entfernt liegt der Place de la Comedy, wo man in einzigartiger Atmosphäre frühstücken kann. An diesem Platz liegt auch die Tourist- Info, wo man Stadtführungen buchen kann. Man kann die Montpellier aber auch gut zu Fuß erkunden.Übernahme und Übergabe der Wohnung waren völlig problemlos, wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

The Complete Package

As soon as you walk in you can't miss the fantastic view from the 11th fllor. Then the unit itselt had everything we needed on its two levels, and the closeness to just about everything we wanted to see and do over a six-week period was just what we needed. I hope they'll allow us to come back.

Amazing Location!

Great location near everything and walking distance to anything you need: grocery store, train station, tram stop, Ecusson, lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops, not to mention museums and l'opera. We loved Montpellier and this was a great flat to see it from.

Sehr schöne und außergewöhnliche Wohnung

Marianne hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, in der Wohnung fehlte es uns an nichts. Da es sehr heiß war zu dieser Zeit, waren wir froh über die Klimaanlage der Wohnung. Der Blick über die Stadt ist grandios. Die zentrale Lage bietet einem einen Carrefour City, Bäckerei, Eisdiele und sogar Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zur Parksituation: Wir haben uns in der nahen Tiefgarage "Triangle" problemlos einen Parkplatz gemietet, derzeit 50 € pro Woche. Wir haben die zwei Wochen in Montpellier sehr genossen.

Incroyable!

We had a very good stay at this loft in the hart of Montpellier. The views from the appartment are just amazing. The appartment has everything you need, you only have to go out for groceries once you are there; there are two supermarkets around the corner! If you come by car reserve your parking spot at the "Parking Hotel Mercure Montpellier" which has a seperate entrance! It is a safe place to put your car during your stay. But if you wan't to go to the beach, public transportation is nearby! And if you like shopping: Montpellier won't dissapoint you!

Nice place in the center of Montpellier with a great view on the 11th floor of the building, Place de Comedie is only 100 mtrs away. Parking under the building in a big parking space (look for Triangle). We had a great stay 😀.

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in Montpellier. Das Apartment war außergewöhnlich. Schon beim Betreten der Wohnung hat uns der Ausblick begeistert. Auch sonst war das Apartment großartig, angefangen bei dem tollen Badezimmer, den vielen Schränken und der Ausstattung der Küche. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Lovely and comfortable apartment

We enjoyed our time in Montpellier and the loft was very comfortable. The town, the trams, and the nearby parking deck were easily accessible. It was nice having such easy access to shops as well. It has a great view and offers dining al fresco on the balcony. We enjoyed the opportunity to let in fresh air high above the traffic and bustle below. The apartment is spacious and well-supplied. Absolutely recommended.

Great views, good location.

Loved the views, the terrace, and the location. Interior could use some deep cleaning and updating. It’s important to note the bedroom is upstairs and the ceiling is 5’5”. I’m short and had no issues but my BF had to duck and hunch in the bedroom. The only toilet is upstairs as well. Otherwise this is a nice place to stay.

très beau loft très central

très beau loft proche de la place de la Comédie et de la gare St Roch, les photos sont conformes. Ce loft est très bien aménagé, très confortable et nous avons grandement apprécié les petits plus laissés dans l'appartement : plans de la ville, livres, jeux, café etc Nous nous sentions " chez nous ".
