Ce condominium de 3 chambres / 3 salles de bain est perché au-dessus de notre magnifique plage de sable blanc et a une vue imprenable sur la mer.
Détendez-vous sur la plage bordée de palmiers pendant la journée, et laissez-vous caresser par les brises des Caraïbes la nuit.
Profitez de la vue sur les palmiers et les mers bleu turquoise depuis votre unité.

Notre condo en bord de mer est meublé de façon tropicale et bénéficie de merveilleuses brises au large.
La chambre principale a un lit King size et de grandes portes coulissantes qui s'ouvrent pour fournir une brise de travers merveilleux dans tout l'unité.
Il ya une salle de bain principale avec douche et maquillage séparé / vanité.
La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen size et la salle de bain adjacente à celle-ci a une douche et maquillage séparé / vanité.
La troisiÚme chambre a deux jumeaux qui peuvent se combiner à un roi et dispose également d'une salle de bain avec un maquillage séparé / vanité.
L'unité a Central A / C si vous en avez besoin ...

La cuisine complĂšte a beaucoup de vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, verres et ustensiles et tous les principaux appareils, y compris micro-ondes et un mĂ©langeur pour essayer certaines recettes de boissons glacĂ©es. Il y a mĂȘme une machine Ă  laver / sĂšche-linge pour votre usage.

Le salon dispose d'une télévision par cùble et un lecteur DVD et WiFi gratuit et un accÚs direct à la galerie.

The unit was as advertised and better than the photos. It was clean and the air conditioning worked great. We didn't have any issues at the condo. We enjoyed the ocean breeze while eating dinner on the balcony. My daughter enjoyed her early morning strolls on the beach. The neighbor, Pat, was very informative and friendly. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The kids enjoyed using the pool for evening swims. Checking in and out was very easy. Thank you Christine and Earl.

Early Christmas Vacation

We had a wonderful trip and very much enjoyed the condo. Great location near Christiansted for dining, excursions, etc and it was awesome having the ocean right outside the window. Fun snorkeling too at an artificial reef right next door, we saw a stingray on our last day there.

Condo is exactly as described. It has everything you need just bring your own bathroom necessities. Kitchen is fully stocked. WiFi worked well. We rented a car while on the island for the duration of our stay and highly recommend it. There may be a wait at the airport upon arrival for your rental but the rental companies do work diligently to get you your rental asap. The location of this unit is perfect. It is close to the Christiansted harbor which offers many places to eat and excursions. I highly recommend Villa Carib. There is a higher than normal amount of sargassum washing up on the beaches on this side of the island but at Sugar Beach they did clean it a couple of days during our stay. We chose to drive to beaches on the west end of the island for our stay. Villa Carib does have an amazing view that you can enjoy from the patio! We will definitely return!

We loved the newly renovated facilities. Everything was our taste and felt like home. The one recommendation that we all had was updating the matresses. They were not very comfortably and somewhat thin. Other than that, this was my favorite so far.

Fun in the sun!

Check in was easy and the condo was perfect size for our group! We noted a few issues and they were quickly fixed. The location is great. Very close to Christiansted and lots of shops and restaurants!

Dream Vacation

The views are simply amazing! If you aren't into sight seeing and adventure, just being at the condo to relax is enough. The balcony was more than the pictures could show, I could have stayed there the whole time!

We had a great time at this property. It’s very centrally located between all areas and activities of the Island. Property was very well stocked and we’d love to stay there again. Our only complaint is that the beds were kind of hard
 could easily be fixed with 3” memory foam toppers. 🙂

Great time! Minor problem with electricity in one of the bedrooms but Earl was great and a workaround did the trick. Very comfortable place, two good restaurants a few minutes walk away.

Great stay

We had a great stay at this condo. The space met our needs and the view couldn't be better! Some places are showing their age, but on the whole we were very happy with our time here. We appreciated the easy access to both beach and pool, and you're just minutes from downtime Christiansted and can easily drive to either end of the island. Property manager was extremely responsive and helpful in ensuring we had a great experience.

The View is spectacular!

The view of the ocean was so beautiful, we'd sit there on the deck every morning drinking our coffee and taking it in. The pool was so awesome and clean, we loved spending time at the pool. The condo met all our expectations! Thank you!

Great place to stay, would stay here again

This condo was a great place to stay for our week in St Croix. It is a great location, close to everything, but far enough away so all we could hear were the waves washing up in the beach. There was plenty of space for 6 adults, and everything was well cared for. We couldn’t figure out how to get the air conditioner to work, but it wasn’t necessary with the beautiful breezes we had all week long. We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again.

This property is nearly perfect in every way, and we had a wonderful time on our five night trip to St. Croix. The condos are in a great location on a beautiful beach, which is usually stunning. However, we were here in July, which is sargassum season, and it rendered our beach unusable. It isn’t the condo’s fault because it’s just mother nature, but we learned a good lesson about coming back to this area again in the fall or early spring not during the seaweed season. The only downgrade for the location is that they’re really is not much to eat if you don’t have a car. We did walk a few blocks to the grocery store and a couple of fast food restaurants. But not everyone feels comfortable walking through the neighborhoods to that part of town. It was fine for us. We ended up renting a car earlier than we expected and drove to the other beautiful clean beaches that Saint Croix has to offer. It really is a stunning island and it has so much to explore and see. The condo amenities and pool were great. And as I noted, most of the time it has a gorgeous view and its own beach. We will definitely come here again.
