Sandwhiched in between the West End and North End, this beautiful single family home, a classic 1900's New Englander, is light, bright, with lots of window and tastefully updated with modern amenities.

SLEEPS 5. 3 bedrooms, 1 king bed(sleeps 2), 1 full bed/room (sleeps 2), 3rd bedroom - 2 twin beds(sleeps 2). 1 full bath with shower/tub & 1 half bath. Bedrooms and full bath are located on the 2nd floor. First floor has a beautiful large open concept kitchen, stunning quartz counter top with a dining & lounge area for the entire family or friends to enjoy a meal together, along with mounted flatscreen tv. Inviting living room with a 40" flatscreen TV and board games. A 1/2 bath is also located on the 1st floor. Private Washer/dryer on premises. A few Beach towels and beach chairs provided. 1/2 finished basement where kids could enjoy playing games.
A lovely private fenced in back yard with patio area and grill.

* 2 Tv's - smart tv's to stream any of your own plans.
Wifi is fast and reliable.



* Neighborhood is family friendly, safe & quiet, with a neighborhood park. (walk to school if you are considering a longer term stay)

* Coffee & tea supplied to start off your stay.

AC units - there are 2 a/c units supplied during the summer months. We have plenty of window fans, ceiling fans and stand alone fans as well.

** I am available for any questions needed during your stay or to help guide you on restaurants, beaches, place to visit etc.

** Long term stays are offered and welcomed. If you see my calendar is booked or blocked, please inquire within as the block may be on if the date is further out.
We also have another home should this not be available that we can check to see if it is available for the timeframe needed.

1. Lovely, charming home. A short walk to Portsmouth, easy access to local state parks! Host is an outstanding, and makes everything easy. I would definitely stay here again.

2. Bright, clean and spacious home. Great location for visiting Portsmouth and surrounding area. Fresh white roses, bottle of wine and welcoming note greeted us when we arrived after a long travel day. Great host, providing clear instructions and always available for questions.

2. Host has done a great job setting her home up for guests. The home was very clean, comfortable beds and space for hanging out. Kitchen is well equipped. Responsive host and always wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay a good one.

4. This home is a hidden gem, nestled in a family-friendly and quiet neighborhood -- close to the city, but not too close. The home was everything that we could have hoped for; exactly as described. Although host was far away, she was an excellent host. Maintained contact with us via phone / text during our month-long stay. If we need to stay in the Portsmouth area again, we hope to stay at host's home.
