BelÀget i en lugn vik i Discovery Bay, bara nÄgra minuter till snabbvatten, Àr den hÀr egenskapen perfekt för besökare med barn. Docken har glidbana, vattenramar, parkering för 2 bÄtar och en jetski-plattform. 2 paddle boards finns ocksÄ och lagras i garaget.

Njut av morgon och nÀtter pÄ de mÄnga dÀck pÄ fastigheten. HuvuddÀcket utanför köket har gott om sittplatser utomhus, gasvÀrmare och grill. Sedan öppnas övervÄningen via de 2 sovrummen och tillÄter Delta-brisen.

Interiören i hemmet har blivit helt ombyggd. Köket öppnar till matsal och vardagsrum. Baren har plats för 4 och bordet har plats för 6. Soffan drar ut till en madrass i full storlek. PÄ huvudvÄningen finns ocksÄ ett komplett badrum.

BefÀlhavaren sviten ligger pÄ nedre vÄningen med en king size-sÀng och eget badrum. PÄ övervÄningen finns 3 sovrum och ett badrum. TvÄ sovrum har queen size-sÀngar och öppna för övre dÀck och mitt sovrum har en full sÀng och tvilling rulla.

WiFi och DirectTv ingÄr. TV: n i familjerummet Àr en smart tv, sÄ du kan ansluta till dina konton för att titta pÄ filmer. MÀstare och pÄ övervÄningen mellanklass har tv ocksÄ.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. Being on the water was amazing—the view was beautiful, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The only minor downside was setting up the patio furniture, as putting out all the furniture pads was required. Overall, though, the house and location were fantastic, and we would definitely recommend it!

Awesome spot, only 5 minutes to fast water. Kids had a blast playing on the slide and trampoline and fishing off the dock. Would highly recommend this house and host. This is my 2nd time staying here and we will definitely be back for a 3rd.

Great location and amenities

Our friends and I really enjoyed staying here. The house was perfect for 3 couples who each had their own bathroom. Our only concerns were the beds not being comfortable, and there weren’t any cleaning supplies for washing dishes or cleaning the BBQ. Overall, we had a great stay and the host was very responsive even throughout our stay.

Excellent family home base for nearby wedding

We had a friend's wedding in the area and needed a hub for some of the groomsmen and their wives and children. This was the perfect place. The rooms provided exactly what we needed, and the water activities were great for children. Definitely recommended.

Great house, great location!

The house was very comfortable and well equipped. We loved the outside deck!! We rented a pontoon boat from CB Pontoon Rentals one day and had a blast-highly recommend!! The inside of the house was clean but the deck furniture had a lot of spiders, it would be nice if it was rinsed off prior to guests arriving. Other than that I highly recommend this rental!!!

Great Discovery Bay home!

This house was perfect for our family! The kids were so excited to see the trampoline in the water when we showed up. They also have paddle boards and a slide. The house is close to fast water. This is a great house to stay at!

Short getaway

The house was great! the whole process was easy and effortless check in and check out. We had a wonderful weekend and we enjoyed having the trampoline in the water, a little hard to get on to (at least for us adults) but fun! Would for sure return.

As advertised. Nice and comfy spot on the water

Love the property and very comfortable. There aren’t a lot of extras - no coffee, extra soap, toiletries, etc but they make that clear, so come prepared or you’ll need to make a quick trip to the store. We loved the community, very quiet with various amenities close by. Great spot for a relaxing weekend away. Wish the weather had been a touch better so we could utilize the outside more and enjoy the water, oh well

Bass tournament canceled

We had a great time again house was great. Tournament got canceled but still did some great fishing two daughters caught some 27” striped bass in cove trolling in boat right by the house. Had three rainy great days bass fishing. Oh and neighbor was real cool an avid fishermen as well

Pleasant stay in Discovery Bay

Overall, we had a good stay. There were a few things that I believe are worth mentioning, however. What I would call very basic staples in the kitchen were quite minimal. One of the chairs at the dining room table was broken when we arrived, so we set it aside and did not use it. Only three towels were provided in the kitchen. That is simply not enough for a three day stay. I noticed that at least one of the pillows in the living room was a bit tattered. Maybe I am being too picky, but I have previously owned a VRBO property and always made sure I paid attention to every detail. As a result, I was listed as a premier host.

Great home and location

We always love staying at this house. The kids have a blast swimming and super close to fast water. Great home for a getaway weekend or longer. Will be coming back soon.

We vacationed here as kids and now we have a place for our families. It is the perfect location for kids to swim safely in the cove and has easy access to fast water for skiing. The floor plan is perfect for large groups.
