Unbeatable location - literally as close as you can get to Playa Guiones! One of the handful of villas bordering the protected beach reserve area, with its own private 200 meter path through the mangrove to one of the best surfing beaches in the world.

7 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, sleeps 14, saltwater pool, open air yoga studio, chef’s kitchen, and much more! Quiet area but close to great restaurants, shops, yoga and more.

Villa set on a beautiful property full of mature trees (including mango trees!) as close as you can get to Playa Guiones in Nosara. Consists of:

- Main house with chef's kitchen with breakfast bar, top appliances, Thermador gas range, 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, living room, dining room with table for up to 15.
- Separate apartment: 1 bedroom with its own kitchen, living area and ensuite bath
- Casita: Queen bed, daybed, desk and ensuite bath
- Saltwater pool
- Outdoor dining area
- Outdoor covered lounge with daybeds
- Sundeck with loungers
- Outdoor covered open air yoga shala with room for up to 15 people to practice together
- Two outdoor showers
- Lockable surf storage room for up to 9 boards (and tall enough for longboards)
- Private 200 m path from the yard through the mangrove of the marine reserve (a national park) right to the waves of Playa Guiones. You can't rent anything closer to the beach!

Simply magical

The property is absolutely gorgeous! We enjoyed the chefs kitchen, the lounge area at the pool, the beautiful beach and exquisite landscaping. The concierge team made the entire trip flawless for us.

The water went out a half a day (was a problem with the property system). We got robbed in our home the second night. The property needs better security . We were without power on the evening of the 21st.(if power stability is an issue I would expect better infrastructure on property for a place like this). Path to the beach needs to be better maintained.

Perfection!

Our extended family included 8 adults, and 6 children, ages 17, 14, 11, 8, 8, and 5...this property had everything for everyone! The spaciousness of the main house and outdoor living space, plus proximity to the beach and to town allowed everyone to enjoy time together but also to do whatever they wanted solo or in small groups. The property management team was friendly and responsive, as well, and were very helpful in connecting us with an amazing chef who cooked for us on a few nights. The beauty of the home and outdoor property is hard to put into words, so be prepared to be wowed! It checked every box for us and I am so grateful for the opportunity our family had to enjoy this exceptional home!

Amazing Home with Great Customer Service

My group of 14 friends had a fantastic time at this property. It's a short 5-10 min walk to town and a 2 min walk to the beach. It's perfect for big groups with it's 2 private on property casitas and a yoga studio & Pool! Also, the company who ran the concierge service (thanks kathy!) was incredibly helpful for us scheduling everything from taxis to a private chef to an amazing sunset horseback ride (we recommend!) We'll definitely be back!

Fabulous House

House is top-notch, beautiful, and spacious! Everything is in working order - hot water, appliances work, the pool is perfect. Highly recommend this house due to the quick walk to the beach and it is on the quieter side of town. We chose to have a chef three nights which was a huge bonus and made things easy! Our group of 11 were very comfortable in this house. Enjoy!

Perfect location and great for families

Beach garden is a beautiful property that is perfect for multigenerational families. It is peaceful and serene and located in and perfect spot for beach access, yet also walkable to restaurants and shopping. The rooms were clean and spacious and the kitchen well appointed. The hosts were very helpful with arranging reservations. My only critique is that there were very few towels for the size of our group (only four beach towels provided for a group of 16) and we had to pay extra for a crib and high chair which has never been my experience with other rentals. Overall a lovely home that made our stay in Nosara a wonderful experience.

Lovely home & magical backyard!

Really special property in No Sara. Very close to the beach with a magical backyard oasis. The photos do not do this place justice! Very helpful property manager and owners. We had one incident and both the property manager and owner were available almost immediately to help us. We look forward to staying there again. One tip! Like visiting any foreign country- leave your designer valuables at home, be sure to securely lock the doors when you leave the home or at night.

Great Guiones Property

We had a great stay in Villa Sonita, the property is amazing with its private path to a prime spot on the beach for surfing and other beach activities, huge yard full of jungle trees and occasional monkeys/iguanas/etc., and quiet location close to amenities. The house had a cool south pacific vibe although it sounds like it might be receiving some upgrades soon. The only complaint was that the fridge in the main kitchen didn't seem to keep things very cold, luckily there was another fridge in the studio space's kitchen for the things that needed full refrigeration.

Annual Surf Trip

We have been going to Nosara for years for an annual surf trip and usually stayed at a different house. It was unavailable which was the reason we chose to stay in this house. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The house is laid out very well with a great big common area attached to the kitchen along with great outdoor spaces to hang out. The only negative was the little "casita" out back which is cool but had a ton of ants in it.

Amazing

Villa Sonita is a wonderful place for a large family gathering. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation. We loved being able to walk straight onto the beach, or walk into town center, or enjoy the pool and beautiful property. Rebeca and Kathy were so helpful and responsive including booking fishing trips, mangrove tours and ATV rides. The house itself is great for large groups with lots of space for family meals. The property is lush and beautiful, with plenty of local wildlife stopping through.

Best Vacation Ever! Villa Sonita was Paradise!

Our group of 12 had an amazing stay. Our accommodations were by far my favorite part. The property is so lush and gorgeous. Having our own private pool was priceless. We all enjoyed the privacy and impeccably kept Villa Sonita. Surfing was our primary activity, having 3 sessions a day for some. Having our own private path to one of the most beautiful beaches was a dream come true. Sunsets were a must for all of us at the beach. We had great meals around the very large patio table most nights. We even had a marriage proposal that had us all in tears. Everything we needed was there. Rebecca, our host was outstanding. Her and her staff were on point with all our needs from booking tours and even changing a light bulb. We ate at several restaurants and they were all great. Our favorite was at "La Garta Lodge". The view, service and food were perfection. The downfall of our trip was, we had to leave. We will be back! Back to Villa Sonita🌴🐒🌺🌸
