Tom and Diane started TwinsAcres Vacation Home Rental in 1999 after buying my mother's home. We live in Indiana but have caretakers that take care of our home. We come down and keep the home updated for your comfort. Over the years of renting my home, I have met some amazing guests that have chosen to return back to my home on each visit to the area. That is what any host hopes for! When I travel, I take notes of what I liked during my stay and try to add it to TwinsAcres. I want my guest to have a comfortable home away from home. Many call it there second home. 😁🌹

Over the years I watched Heber Springs turn into a very beautiful place to vacation. I watched the Little Red River back up and over flow which turned land into a wonderland for tourist. This was my mom's home and am sure she would be proud knowing so many people are enjoying her home and land as much as she did. So many different areas of interest; golfing, Fishing for trout in the Little Red River or catching big bass and catfish from Greers Ferry Lake, Enjoying a day on the lake sightseeing the beautiful sites and swimming in the clear, clean waters of the lake. Skiing or tubing, what fun!!!!!! So many beautiful trails for the kids and yourself to get beautiful pictures of your memories of this wonderful area, Collins Creek out by the Fish Hatchery passed the Dam, Several trails at the Welcome Center, A frisbee golf course to the right of the Welcome Center by Dam, Bridal Veil Falls have creeks and the large Falls and a smaller falls down stream below the larger one which is off 25 as you’re going out of town on 7th St. For those rainy days, visit the Community Center which offers basketball court, walking area, swimming pool all for a very low cost. Mountain climbing Sugarloaf Mt. or Shop til you Drop!!!! Stream Coffee off 2nd St downtown, Jitterbug coffee shop has flavored coffees and delicious sandwiches for a quick little meal while resting to shop all the Unique shops downtown. Or maybe just sit in the swing and enjoy the wonders of nature right in the front and back yards of TwinsAcres. I call it 'A Little Piece of Heaven.'❤️👍🌹

TwinsAcres is close to everything offered in the area. Shopping the unique gift shops in the downtown area and surrounding areas, golfing the beautiful courses, catching our limit of fish from the Little Red River or Greers Ferry Lake, Sandy Beach, Enjoying the Cardboard Boat Races usually held at Sandy Beach area, watching one of the best 4 of July fireworks display in Arkansas. Walking the Mossy Bluff Trails, Collins Creek, or other nature trails in the area, Tour the Dam, then enjoy the Fish Hatchery, stop in at the Welcome center at the Dam and see how this beautiful town and lake were developed. 'A must do' is see the town from atop Sugarloaf Mountain. You'll have a Kodak Moment up there, Beautiful view of the town and area. You can also walk the trails on Sugarloaf in the Lake, you will need to have boat access for this adventure. Just too many things to enter here for your enjoyment in this Beautiful town of Heber Springs AR. Very reasonably priced for everything offered and 3 separate bedrooms with a TV in each one. The Roku 50” smart TV is in the Living room. Enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate from the added refreshment bar. A washer & dryer furnished in the laundry room. Starter supplies for your stay but may not be enough for your full stay, you may have to supply extra supplies. Bed sheets and towels furnished.
