Vacation in style with this private end unit townhome with its own heated private splash pool and an added touch of Disney magic. The property is located in a quiet street and a quick walk to all the resort style facilities.

Bedrooms: This townhome has a queen bedroom on the main floor with a full bath. The second floor has 2 bedrooms. One with 2 twin beds and is wonderfully decorated in a Mickey Mouse theme with its own Mickey themed full bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed with its own master bath.

Game Zone: with X Box Series S with Game Pass, Switch Dock, Smart TV with Netflix & Disney+

Tech: High Speed Internet, Wifi, Smart TVs with Cable, Netflix, Disney+, Phone Chargers by Every Bed

This spacious and well equipped townhome with private screened pool makes the perfect base for your next fun-filled vacation. Enjoy all the comforts and conveniences of home with a fully equipped kitchen, kitchen utensils, cookware, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, keurig coffee maker, plush mattresses and bedding makes for a great night’s sleep.

Windsor Hills Resort is a 24 hour guarded and gated community just off highway 192 and minutes away from extensive shopping and dining. The residence includes use of the beautiful Club House, large community pool with water slide, toddler splash area, marketplace for food and ice cream, spa, movie theater, playground, fully equipped exercise room and game room, and general store, pickleball, tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts, lighted putting green, and natural wetland lake for peaceful walks.

Our prices include all resort fees and parking. Pool heating and Gas Grill are included.

The property is a self-catering property. The following is included in your rental: paper towels in kitchen; 2 powder detergent for dishwasher, 2 for washing machine, small soap at every sink, at least a full roll of toilet paper and in each bathroom, garbage can liners in each trash bin. Any extra supplies will be provided by the guest.

Our property manager is available 24/7 if you need anything during your stay. If it's a non-emergency you can call the next day. If it's an immediate need or concern please call and they will help you.

Pool heat runs from approximately 9 am to 9 pm and is run at 88°. Ambient temperatures will affect temp of the pool.

BOOKING NOTE: Lead guest must sign rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Host will email it for electronic signature.

This home was perfect for our family of 5! We arrived late at night after a long day of traveling to an easy check in process and the home very clean and waiting for us with the lights on. The beds were extremely comfortable, the pool was warm and refreshing, each bedroom was attached to its own bathroom and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, etc. Allison was very responsive with questions. We would definitely stay here again!

One of the best Vrbo properties we’ve stayed in! Our new favorite in Orlando area! The place was clean and looked great - very cute decor in each room and lots of cute Disney touches - my 5 year old was so excited every time he discovered a new “hidden Mickey” in the decorThe extras really made this place perfect, especially for a stay with a young child. Everything that we typically bring with us when traveling with kids was already there - strollers, nightlights, baby monitor, safety gates, outlet covers, games, and even pool toys. And the video game room is so clever!The location was perfect - about as close as you can get to Disney while off-property, and just down the road from a Walmart which was very convenient. Hosts were very helpful and responsive- they were proactive about letting us know about some closures at the resort pool well before our visit, and very responsive to a couple questions we had during the stay. Even stopped over same day to fix something that wasn’t working.Overall, we were very happy and will plan to check availability here first for any future trips!

The townhouse is in a great location but the area around Windsor Hills is VERY busy. The home was clean and the amenities were very good. It was Awesome to have our own private pool. We would definitely stay there again.

This well decorated townhouse was perfect for our multigenerational vacation. With a bedroom on the main level and two upstairs, all with their own bathroom, everyone was comfortable and the pool in the back was great for evening swimming and relaxing after a full day out. The amenities of the community were great and easy to access. Not to mention the easy access to all the Disney parks. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable vacation rental with more to offer than just a place to sleep.

Wonderful family vacation

We loved this townhouse! It had absolutely everything we needed and Walmart was less than a mile away for groceries, etc. The pool and water park in the community was perfect for our break from the parks day. (You may want to get to the pool early to get chairs) Both our children LOVED the themed rooms and we loved how close we were to all the parks! Amazing vacation home!

We love our quiet getaway at Windsor Hills. It's a full resort just outside of Disney World. Our family can head home for a break from our day at the parks. It's so conveniently located to all the local attractions, shopping, dining and more.
