Good spot, good size room

This room worked out perfectly for my family and I. What we got for the price felt like a great deal. Close to the parks, which is why we were here. We didn’t spend any time around the resort, but the beds were comfy and it was nice to have a kitchen we could eat breakfast and a late night dinner in. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

Accommodations are first class. Updated and very clean. Management very friendly and quickly responded to our needs. Great gas grill outside that was immaculate. The grounds are beautiful! Can’t say enough to show how much we liked our stay! We didn’t want to leave.

Great for what we needed

This looks like an older complex that has been redone and is being cared for. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I got a text daily about onsite activities. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful even for our short trip as we had to wash jerseys.

Needs updates

the pictures are from when the property was new . Everything was old and wore out. We were there to go to universal so just needed somewhere to sleep and shower. You have access to their new properties but have to drive to them.

Great location. Easy living

I would definitely recommend this property for those heading to Orlando. The unit was spacious and had everything you needed. Parking was easy and close. Daily garbage pick-up. Kitchen was stocked with all the utensils needed. Our only issue was that we arrived very early for our check-in. We were told we potentially could check in at that time, however, the front desk person (who did not know the person who told us that) said it was not possible. It all worked out and we had a great stay.

Great property, quite and lovely grounds. Location was short drive to Disney. Would have been nice if there were stores or restaurant within walking distance.

Mold???

The property was virtually vacant except for us....we were placed in a back building - we woke up every morning completely congested and feeling ill. We could physically see mold growth on the patio and can only assume that something else was going on inside the condo as well. We will NOT be staying here ever again. Truly a shame considering I have enjoyed other stays at Westgate properties.

lovely complex

loved our stay on this resort not too far from all the attractions with I Trolley bus at the entrance. Staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough for us and most important after a very hectic day was a big comfy bed!

It was okay

The unit and property is beautiful however my son had an asthma attack in the middle of the night. We found out the next morning it was due to the mold that was throughout the unit that we didn’t notice initially. We also found a few palmetto bugs in the unit. Advised the front desk immediately they notified security and the manager for housekeeping they took my report and asked if we wanted to relocate which was great. The manager also refunded me for one night due to the inconvenience. However the owner of the unit has yet to provide the refund that was already given back to them by the resort. The owner is not the easiest to speak too and as paralegal for a law firm this situation was not minor. The mold is a serious issue and I hope they rectify this issue before the next person reserves and I also hope that the owner provides better communication with their renters. Again it’s a beautiful place and it’s quiet but that mold issue caused a big disappointment in our stay.

Everything was good except for the fact that I had to get a voucher from a different location to take to the VRBO to Check in. And when I got to the resort I get new information about how I have to pay tax to the resort to stay there. It was only like $20 extra but it’s still annoying having additional fees outside of what is agreed on through VRBO.
