The Casa do Castanheirinho, is a delightful villa offering all the comfort and a peaceful enviroment to rest and enjoy a pleasant holiday.

You will have access to a private swimming pool (unheated); outside barbecue;games room with a pool table, etc.

The house has a dining room and lounge with a 46'' LCD TV, four suites and a fully equipped kitchen.

Main attractions:

• 10min way from a Blue Flag Beach; typical fishvillages, superb bar & restaurants, 20 minutes from Spain (ferryboat crossing) where you'll be able to find famous seafood restaurants.

• Average water temperature in summer (º C) / 19 / 21 º (river & sea)

The house is located at 45min/80km by highway from the Oporto airport.

If you like surf, winsurf, canoeing or kite, we will find several spots in the surroundings and you can essily rent the gear.

You can easily park three cars inside. Even though the property is close to nearby villages, having/renting a car available (or bikes) is highly recommended.

Great week in Caminha

The website photo's do not Reflect the space and airiness of the Casa. The outside space is wonderful providing opportunities for sun, shade and contemplation. Indoor and outdoor areas are well equipped and comfortable. We found the roof terrace ideal to watch the meteor showers which coincided with our stay. We made full use if the bicycles available at the Casa. The pool is large and deep ideal for swimming. Our older teenage children enjoyed playing pool and chess in the games room. Venade provides a shop for local essentials open everyday, the local barman also assisted us in finding our way at night. Caminha is charming and undiscovered with a good supply of restaurants, bars, helpful tourist office and shops. We enjoyed visiting the local beaches and wonderful sunsets. Francisco and Miguel were very helpful and welcoming.

Ein Haus in dem man sich richtig wohlfühlen kann.

Das Haus hat alles geboten, was man für einen schönen Familienurlaub braucht, speziell der Pool war super. Wenn wir wieder in diese Gegend fahren, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Fantastischer Urlaub

Das Haus und die Umgebung sind wundervoll. Es ist tatsächlich um einiges grösser, als auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Wir waren mit unseren 4 Kindern dort und sie haben es so sehr genossen, dass gar keine "grossen" Ausflüge hätten stattfinden müssen. Strand und Surfmöglichkeiten sind direkt in der Nähe und die Strände waren, obwohl wir in der Sommer-Ferienzeit dort waren, nicht überfüllt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Extraordinary!

All was perfekt. With the GPS easy to find. Very clean an comfortable. Everything there. With a car in 10 minutes plus in Caminha where you get what you need. We ( family with two kids) enjoyed this extraordinary domizil.
