5th year at Aqua!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff was amazing! They provided wonderful customer service & timely communication to help us stay informed. The staff had to juggle alot this year with the announcement of onsite construction work & then the serious weather forecasted. Thankful our stay was not affected by hurricane Helene. Many prayers for those areas that were impacted.🙏

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed in the condo for 4 nights. It looked just like the pictures. Everything was nice and clean. Price was very good. The only thing is the washer and dryer needs to be replaced. The dryer doesn't dry your clothes very well and I couldn't get the door to open to get my clothes out of the washing machine.I waited a few hours and went back to see if the door opened and at that time it did. After that I decided to wash my clothes once I got home. Also when you close the door where the washing machine and dryer is located, the door touches the knobs of the washing machine without you knowing. Make sure you dont accidentally touch the knobs with the door when closing because it will change the cycle that you set on the washing machine. Besides that this is truly a nice condo to stay at. I will recommend to family and friends.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Aqua for many years and rented through VRBO. A few years back we were told we had to rent through Aqua. It has been different and not in a good way. We fly in most times and rent a car. They encourage you to register your car and print your passes before you get there. That would be great if you knew what your rental car license number would be. So if you do it after you have to use their kiosk and the charge is $40 instead of $35. We arrived an hour and a half early and checked to see if our condo was ready. It was but they wanted to charge $100.00 for early check in. I couldn’t believe it. We travel a lot and rent condos, nice condos. This is the worst! Usually Get out have coffee time with Bobo to beach condos have beach towels, none. Usually you have a starter packet or two of coffee, small dish soap, trash bag or two, enough to help you make it until you get to the store. I didn’t feel valued as a loyal customer. Therefore I won’t be in the future. Our condo was clean but I talked to others that had to have their’s recleaned. Very disappointing experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We are available on-site seven days a week 8:30AM – 5:00PM. Please contact the front desk during your stay next time so we can have your issues resolved. The parking is managed separately through the building HOA, and we as a management company have no control over the parking, the kiosk or the cost of parking. We do always encourage our guests to get their passes before arrival to not pay the extra $5 at the kiosk and inform them that they can put their car tag info on there to obtain the pass and then once they have their rental car we can hand write the new information on the printout. Beach towels if supplied, are also done so by the resort, not the rental management companies, and Aqua has never supplied beach towels. We'll share these comments with the Aqua HOA manager. The early check-in fee is a new policy to offset the demand on our Housekeeping and Maintenance staffs as Everyone arriving wants to get into their unit as early as possible. Your feedback has been forwarded to our rental manager regarding this fee. We do supply "starter" items so there is one trash liner in garbage cans, a roll of toilet paper in each of the bathrooms, etc. Again, had you reached out to us at the front desk, we are more than happy to provide one or two more items until you can get to the store and supply your own. We value all of our guests! We hate that we did not meet your expectations and hope you'll consider giving us another try in the future! Aqua - Aronov Resort Management.

Often times upon arrival you can be disappointed to find a rental to not be as described online, not with this one! The cleanliness of the unit met all expectations! It was beautiful, the bed slept well, and I have no complaints at all.I highly recommend this unit and will rent it again in the future.

We love to go to all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean so this was our first spring break experience in PCB and Aqua. We had a fantastic time. Unit 1106 was as described. It was very clean and all of the amenities that we needed were in the unit. We were very happy with this unit. Check in process was seamless. The management company was great. We didn't need them for anything, but they called to check on us the day after our arrival.Once we parked the car in the parking garage - it stayed there. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go.I would definitely stay here again!

Sad didn’t have beach chair rental but that was my fault for not seeing they did not come with rental. Very clean. The only negative was the washer and dryer were very noisy. Enough so we had to run while not in the condo.

Exception would be using the kiosk for parking is very lengthy, very confusing and extremely frustrating especially after a long drive. We arrived after 5pm so there was no help from the resort with the kiosk. Next time parking will be done prior to the visit. I would definitely use aqua again. BTW best beds ever. The only two issues we had this time that we’ve never had was #1:two days in a row they had to shut our air off in the room for hours at a time and #2: 2/3 of the TVs would not connect to Wi-Fi so we were not able to stream Netflix, Disney, etc which makes it difficult to entertain children of different ages on what to watch at night. The only TV that workless properly was in the kids bunk bed area. I reached out via email and phone call with no response to the tv issues.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third time we have stayed in 1106. We like the location and low key aspect of Aqua although it did get uber busy over the Labor Day weekend. The condo is comfortable and has most amenities - we were happy to see blankets provided for bed this time and extra towels. The space was clean but needs a facelift as baseboards are scuffed and worn, throw rugs look dirty and appliances need updating. Still, we had a relaxing time here and would definitely recommend to those that need a beautiful view, location that is close to most things and a low key get away. Some of the elevators were not working during our 4 day stay and the TV/internet went out one afternoon but was repaired after a few hours. The office staff work hard to answer all question, make sure your stay is safe and enjoyable and communicate in a timely manner. Good also to see that ocean access gate now works and is easier to use than the older one. We had a nice vacay here, appreciate the upgrades and look forward to seeing a little aesthetic upgrades in the further.
