Single storey villa (130 m2). Situated approx 1500 m from the sea front beach / shops Riells.

Storey house:

- Terrace covered and descovered whith barbecue

- Enclosed garden

- Private pool 3 m x 6 m

- Parking space.

The price of the rent is determined according to the time of the year and for a maximum number of people.

50% will be paid upon booking of the accommodation and 50% will be paid a maximum one month before the stay.

Payments will be made by card online.

Pets : 50 €

The caution: 300 €, will be given at the reception of the keys of the house. (Credit card)

The cleaning of the day of exit is not included in the price of the hiring, it is optional: 85 €. (cash)

Possibility to rent beds linens and towels.

Included in the price are water, electricity and gas. The air conditioning central is optional a supplement: 100 € / week.
