HIGH TIDE Ocean Front Beach Cottage, Best Views on St Simons Island! Pier Area!

Welcome home to High Tide A! We have owned High Tide since late 2014 and it has been our pleasure to host guest from all over the country at this beautiful property.

High Tide A has all BRAND NEW PELLA doors & Windows. We keep the unit very well stocked and well maintained. New Bedroom furniture May of 2024. Updated Master Bath. Fully remodeled kitchen Early 2025. The views of the beach & sunset are some of the best you will find on SSI! Photos do not do it Justice!

High Tide A has 2 floors with 3 Bedrooms and 3 full Bathrooms. It offers incredible Ocean Views as well as convenient access to all of the island's most popular restaurants and attractions. This property is located right on the beach. It has a private lawn out front for relaxing, sunning, and grilling. If you tire of lounging on shaded porches or walking on the beach, a short ten-minute walk will find you at the village where you can enjoy a number of restaurants and a stroll down the famous Saint Simons Pier - you may even spot a big catch being reeled in! A walk in the opposite direction will take you to the famous island restaurant duo Crab Daddy's & Crab Trap.

The main floor of High Tide A has a full kitchen, 6 person dining area, a wonderful living room that opens to a really cool porch which leads down to the beautiful lawn and the beach. There is one bedroom with a full bath on the main floor. The second floor has the large Master Bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the Ocean and its own private bathroom as well as an expansive closet. Also located on the second floor is the second guest bedroom and bathroom as well as the laundry room.

All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with flat-screen televisions and the house is wi-fi enabled.

High Tide is a beautiful Ocean Front Cottage on the beach that has 3 separate units each with its own entrance, living areas and porches. While High Tide A is a stand-alone unit, it can be combined with Unit B & the Penthouse to serve as the perfect location for reunions, corporate retreats, family vacations, and gatherings.

Parking: Unit A includes TWO parking spaces. Street and public parking are available.

Ryan Saunders, our property manager, takes excellent care of our guests and lives right around the corner. Like any good neighbor, he's only a phone call away should you need anything to make your stay more comfortable.

We recommend our guests purchasing travel insurance.

We loved our stay at High Tide. It is the perfect location for walkability to the Pier Village and numerous shops and restaurants. The view was outstanding and we felt that we were on the beach just by sitting out on the oceanfront balconies. HIgh Tide has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The property is well kept and the unit is very nice and updated. The kitchen has everything you need. The owner/manager was readily accessible. We will definitely be going back to High Tide next year.
