This condo is on the 3rd floor. You're going to love the view! That was the first thing I fell in love with! It's very open and bright with plenty of room for family memories!

Each bathroom is fully stocked with toilet paper, travel sized shampoo and conditioner, bar soap, and hairdryer.

A short walk across the street is the Waterfall pool with a hot tub. Just a short walk to the east (from the waterfall pool) is the Family pool with a hot tub.

Also included in your stay is a pass for 12 to access the accommodations at the pool complex. Outdoor pools include, children's pool, olympic sized swimming pool and a pool with 2 water slides. Indoor pool and 2 hot tubs. Basketball courts, pickleball, and splash pad. Work out room. Family barbecue area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were two families in St George for a softball tournament and spent 7 nights at the property. The property was spacious and clean and had everything we needed! The location was perfect and right in the middle of everything. All of the other softball families stayed in the complex as well and all enjoyed the property! We had the team over for dinner a couple of nights and there was plenty of room to stretch out and BBQ. The kids loved the pools and other amenities. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area!!

Great view, roomy, well equipped. Will stay again if there's assurance of elevator working. Didn't like Vrbo selling insurance to avoid $1500 damage deposit, but we should get that excessive amount back fully. We would rate this property 5 stars except the association's elevator didn't work and their nearby pool was locked down (for the elderly in our group; and bottom step on each flight of stairs needs vivid yellow-stripe to alert that there's one more step down).

Everything was great except the elevator was broken.

We have stayed at the property before and were looking forward to another great stay. However the elevator was broken and the condo is on the 3rd floor. This was a serious problem because two the people of a group of 6 have some serious heart and lung problems. They had difficulty going up and down the stairs. By the 4th day they had a very difficult time and were thinking of going to the Emergency Room. This is a serious problem. If we had known about the broken elevator we would have changed locations - but of course this would have difficult because of the late notice and possible loss of our deposit.

We grew up in Northern Utah. We met in high school and were married a few years after we graduated. We have 4 beautiful children. 3 girls and 1 boy. Kirk grew up riding motorcycles. He has passed that love on to our kids. It's in their DNA. But we are so glad when we are able to spend time together riding or just hanging out.

Why they chose this property

We love to ride dirt bikes. To make it so we could ride year round we decided it would be advantageous to find a place in St. George when the weather is cold and snowy up north. It's perfect for us.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this place because of the view. Especially at night. It is so open and bright. And you can get almost anywhere you need to in 10 minutes or less. There are so many things to do in St. George. Something for everyone. We can't wait to experience them all!!
