- 4 BEDROOMS including 3 overlooking the Lagoon: 3 bedrooms with a bed 160 cm with cupboard, and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 cm with cupboard
- 2 bathrooms, equipped with bath and walk-in shower
- 1 large wooden deck with a spa overlooking the lagoon (6 seats) (with direct access to the beach), garden furniture, deckchair
- 1 large terrace equipped for a summer kitchen (barbecue, worktop, sink)
- 2 separate toilets

The cleaning fee is mandatory 120 € and must be paid on the day of arrival, they include: cleaning of the villa at the end of the stay, linen (sheets, towels, bathrobes for the spa, tea towels and towels). ...) possibility of cleaning mid-stay.

Magnifique séjour à la Perle de Thau

Tout était parfait pour passer un week-end en famille dans une maison magnifique au pied de l'étang de Thau. Les propriétaires sont charmants, disponibles et très professionnels. Nous conseillons vivement cette location ou chacun trouve sa place immédiatement, les ados ont largement profité du SPA sur une belle terrasse à la vue magnifique. A refaire !

Perfekt entspannter Familienurlaub

Wir haben die ‚Perle de Thau‘ für zwei Wochen im Juli 2020 gemietet. Ausstattung, Aufteilung der Räume, sowie die Lage unmittelbar an der Lagune waren für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. Häufig haben wir gemeinsam in der Küche gekocht und den Ausblick genossen. Nach dem Essen auf der Terrasse haben wir den Sonnenuntergang bei einem Glas Wein bestaunt. Besonders nützlich fanden wir die Waschmaschine. Empfang und Betreuung waren freundlich und unkompliziert.

Quelle belle maison pour séjourner à Sète! La vue est époustouflante sur l'Étang de Thau, les couchers de soleil sont à chaque soir superbes. Michel et Stéphanie sont des hôtes très sympathiques, chaleureux et au service de leurs invités. Villa lumineuse idéale pour un séjour de groupe. On y retournera!

Estupenda villa, magnificas vistas

Excelente casa , amplia, comoda, funcional y con unas vistas preciosas. Hemos disfrutado de la estancia en ella y de sus preciosas puestas de sol. Los propietarios , muy amables, aunque no hemos tenido ocasion de conocernos mejor, ya que nuestros horarios han sido diferentes. La unica "pega" encontrada es que los baños son un poco pequeños. Por lo demas Excelente !!!

Our time at the villa was amazing. Waking up with the few on the sea, relaxing in the whirlpool with a glass of champain and warm temperatures in January made our vacation to a very good start in the new year. Wir hatten vier perfekte Tage in der Villa, die Villa verfügt über vier Schlafzimmer, drei davon mit Blick auf das Meer. Sehr große Terrasse mit integriertem Whirlpool. Großzügige Küche, alles super sauber. Sehr nette Vermieter. Kommen gerne wieder.
