Villa located in the district of villeroy, locasete, acquired this villa built in 2008, 150 meters from the beach with direct access, with sea and pond views from the rooms.

Three large bedrooms and six beds, a 140 cm deep swimming pool, an outdoor elliptical trainer for athletes are at your disposal, ideal for one to two families or a group of friends who wish to visit the region or indulge in pleasure of idleness.
Barbecue, deckchairs, straw huts nearby for charming and gastronomic holidays.

You will appreciate the proximity to the beach and the absence of worries about parking (parking and attached garage)

Great Villa and Location

Very nice villa and location. Property was a very close walk to the beach and the villa’s bikes were nice to explore further afield on the numerous bike paths. The property was exceptionally clean and well cared for.

The house is very nice and located close to the beach.the market for fish and crustacees is enorm. The kitchen invites you to cook, but do not forget the beach restaurants when there is no high season

A fabulous morning property steps from the beach

A lovely property, so well equipped with everything you might need and beautiful decor. Immaculate condition and charming, peaceful outside space. In a few minutes you are on a beautiful beach with multiple beach restaurants and bars with loungers and parasols. We had some issues getting in but all was sorted thanks to our hosts.

Fantastic family holiday

We had a week stay at this fantastic accommodation. The villa was impeccably clean and well presented when we arrived with all the fittings and extras that could be required (beach stuff for the kids, air con in every room, electric shutters for the blinds, tv and WiFi that could accommodate our Firestick! ), the oven took some figuring out and occasionally the door locked but we got there eventually. The bikes were really handy though a bit big for our kids (aged 10 & 8) so we hired 2 of our own. The pool was lovely after a hot day though it is a bit smaller than we’d anticipated from the pictures. Luckily the beach was just round the corner and was incredible. Sylvie and William were visible and responsive and their son incredibly kindly helped out when we thought we were going to miss our train on the final day! I’d definitely recommend and look forward to staying again. Recommend La Ola restaurant on the beach just mins away - book a beach front table so the kids can play on the sand, food and cocktails are amazing

The best!

Absolutely amazing property in a very good location in the town of Sete. I can't praise the place enough. The house is just steps away from the beach in a very nice area. The house has a swimming pool that the kids loved even though the weather wasn't that appropriate for swimming (we visited late April, early May, when Sete is pretty windy). The owner(s) are very nice, kind and reasonable people who got us through the check-in process smoothly and went above and beyond our expectations, i.e. provided infant high chair for our smallest. Also got us a welcome gift of a bottle of wine and some jams. The house is located in a residential area, made me feel part of the community. Plenty of places around to go on bike rides, skating, walking, there are really nice restaurants too. If you prefer to drive, there are just so many great places to get around that that I don't think we have seen all of them in the two weeks time we stayed. Town of Sete is a gem but there is also Montpellier pretty close, and many smaller places full of lakes, horse-riding, water sports, etc. We are already planning our next visit. The only slight negative, that really was my own fault, was that the check-out time is 10:00 AM sharp. Most places are at the noon, for that reason we were about 30 minutes late and the cleaning team already arrived. But again, this was more of me overlooking the details of the check-out time. Overall great experience and won't hesitate to visit again! Highly recommended!

Bonjour Marlies, et merci beaucoup pour votre appréciation. Effectivement, une piscine nécessite une filtration de quelques heures en hiver, à plusieurs heures en été pour éviter aux algues d’envahir celle-ci. Nous nettoyons le filtre tous les samedis. Et pour cela il faut éteindre le moteur de la filtration . Notre technicien a malheureusement oublié ensuite de le rallumer. Nous en sommes désolé et malgré le fait que vous nous ayez prévenu que trois jours plus tard, la piscine était restée heureusement propre. Dommage que vous n’ayez pas aussi fait part au Technicien lorsque il est passé de ce soucis concernant les transats. Il aurait pu aussi régler le problème. Bien entendu il y a des oiseaux à Sete en particulier des goélands. Les déjections tombent parfois sur la terrasse. Sachez que nous passons au Karcher tous les coussins la aussi le samedi avant votre arrivée. Nous vous remercions Marlies de nous avoir donné quatre étoiles ce qui montre que vous étiez quand même très satisfaite de votre séjour à la villa des Arts . À très bientôt. Cordialement. Locasete

Der kontaktlose Check in war problemlos. Das Haus war sauber und wie beschrieben. Die Klimaanlage war gut, die Bedienung etwas kompliziert. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zu Fuß sind einige Restaurants und der Strand sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Pool hat für Erfrischung gesorgt. Kleinigkeiten sind verbesserungswürdig (Messer teilweise stumpf, zu wenig große Becher). Eine Bahnlinie liegt in der Nähe. Wir würden wiederkommen.

wir haben ein sehr gepflegtes Haus angetroffen. Die Ausstattung ist komfortabel. Die Lage ist ideal für Unternehmungen. Die Bushaltestelle ist ca. 350 m entfernt; zum Meer sind es ca. 150 m. Das Haus befindet sich in einer Siedlung mit schönen Ferienvillen. Allerdings befindet sich eine Eisenbahnlinie in der Nähe.
