Our trip started with never receiving our check in information. We had no contact from the host leading up to the stay, including the day we were arriving. We contacted him an hour before arrival for the check in information, and followed up with multiple messages and phone calls to no response. After contacting VRBO Customer Support we finally got in contact to get access to our condo (after waiting outside for an hour). Then, two days into our stay we get three calls from the host telling us he had accidentally double booked the condo, asking us if we would be open to move to a different condo he had available. We were not at the rental at the time, and wouldn't be back until later, and had the whole condo set up to be accommodating for our 7 month old baby so moving wasn't attainable. He understood and said it was fine to stay. However, that night he continued calling multiple times at 10pm, again asking us to move to a different condo. The next day (our last full day there) he once again was persistent asking us to pack up and move for our last night again. The condo was fine, but our experience with the host was not good. Bad communication, and about as far from welcoming as we could have been.
