Esta hermosa casa con piscina privada con jacuzzi está a solo 10 minutos en automóvil de Disney. Está situado en el complejo residencial seguro de CINCO ESTRELLAS las 24 horas en Windsor Palms.

Esta villa de seis dormitorios y cuatro baños, totalmente climatizada, cuenta con una piscina privada climatizada / jacuzzi con pantalla de privacidad.

Hemos instalado Preferred Cable con 140 canales y acceso inalámbrico a Internet de alta velocidad GRATIS. Tenemos una mesa de billar, una mesa de ajedrez, un televisor de 65 ”y una variedad de juegos de mesa y libros. También tenemos un gran sofá en esta sala y sala de televisión.

La suite principal con baño privado tiene una cama king size, TV de 65 "con cable. El segundo dormitorio con baño privado también tiene una cama king size. El tercer dormitorio tiene camas King SIze, el cuarto dormitorio tiene una cama NEW QUEEN SIZE y el quinto dormitorio tiene una cama New QUEEN.

La cama ROO sist en el piso Grand, tiene una cama king size con baño privado.

Todos los baños cuentan con toallas de lujo y sillas de playa para la zona de la piscina.

Se han instalado ventiladores de techo en los dormitorios, la sala de estar y la sala de juegos para brindar iluminación y comodidad adicionales. La cocina y el rincón de desayuno dan a la zona de la piscina y la cubierta, parte de la cual está cubierta y proporciona sombra si es necesario. El salón con sus muebles cómodos, cuenta con televisión por cable.


Cocina de servicio completo con horno, estufa, nevera / congelador, lavavajillas y microondas. La villa también está equipada con una lavadora de tamaño completo, secadora, plancha y tabla de planchar.

Podemos hacer arreglos para una barbacoa para su estancia, si nos avisa con anticipación, por un pequeño cargo.

También contamos con una compañía de administración en el lugar, amable y servicial, disponible las 24 horas del día, que estará encantada de ayudarlo a hacer que su estadía sea aún más cómoda y sin problemas.

El campo de golf Mystic Dunes está al otro lado de la calle, a poca distancia de Windsor Palms, donde los huéspedes disfrutan de tarifas preferenciales. A solo dos millas en auto se encuentra el famoso campo de golf de Arnold Palmer, 'The Legend', en Orange Lake.

The property was pretty much as advertised. It could have been cleaner. There was dust and dirt in places. The property could also use some updates and repairs.

Prompt Check-in and Great Location

Prompt check in at the gate, great location and close to everything we needed. All pictures are pretty accurate. This means the furniture, beds, countertops, pots/pans, etc are all outdated, but functionable. Owner communication is via text and prompt. The only cons were the following: only 10 towels available, no working cable during our stay, living room TV is not a smart TV, bbq grill is a small protable charcoal grill not a regular size gas grill, and pool heat never functioned properly and pool does not have a spa. Save on the add on for pool heat and bbq grill that was never used or working. Would recommend the resort due to it's friendly and hassle free check in.

Worst experience

The check in process started rocky, but property owner moved quickly to everything situated. Property stated a jetted tub, and there was no jetted tub. The linen on the bed was dirty and one bed had several stains. The pool chair was broken and when my sister sat in it, she fell to the ground. Only one coffee cup,2 little spoons and a couple of forks. Half of the rooms closets were locked. The little grill was dirty. When reached out to the property manager, no response. The hot water did not get very hot and only lasted about 2mins. No broom or mop. The blinds started falling time we opened the sliding door to go to the pool area. Would not recommend this property to anyone. Still haven't heard from the property manager. 😕

Poor communication with host. No access code provided

I attempted to contact the host for 4 days before my arrival, asking for the home access code. I attempted to contact via the app, text, call, and voice-mail before choosing to drive to the location with no word from host. I then made my way to the house after being let in through the main gated entrance. I drove to the home, went to the front door and had no way of entering... I was stuck on the phone with customer service for over an hour because the host would not answer while we sat in the driveway. We finally had to guess combinations until one combination luckily let us in the door. If we did not guess this combination we would have been stuck with no where to go. The pool was not very cleaned before our arrival. There was dirt at the bottom of the pool which was very confusing to me. After the 2nd day at the home, (5th day after requesting an access code**), The host reached out and said, "sorry my phone died". I have this screenshotted for my records. No explanation was given on why we were never provided with a means to enter the home... the actual community is very nice. We used the public pool, tennis courts, and volleyball area but the poor communication/and lack of a key or access code was unexcusable for guests paying to stay.

Very friendly and helpful landlord

The landlord was friendly even with our animals. The house is very spacious, more than we needed. Very clean , most rooms have TV’s, Mattress very comfortable, better than 5 star hotel. The pool area is a nice area for relaxing especially after a long day. Conveniently located near Disney and different restaurants. Our family enjoyed our experience while staying at this vacation home.

I would first say this property was not as advertised. It is actually a 6 bedroom 4 bathroom house. The pictures show fun kid friendly bedding ( I was looking forward to for my grandchildren). The house has different ones. All beds had pillows in the pictures but now there were only the shams. The kitchen was not stocked as the pictures showed. It had 1 coffee cup. We had 7 adults. The countertops were covered with plastic placemats I assume to hide ruined countertops. One burner on the stove was not working. The location was great for going to the Disney parks. When I was looking for a rental I did choose this one over another because it said it had 5 bathrooms. We still had a great vacation.

Nice photos online

The house is beautiful on the outside, when you walk in there was a musty odor. The kitchen light is missing pieces. Bring your own mugs. One of the outside patio doors is broken you cant even open it. The grill had old charcoal and aluminum foil from whoever used it. The pool was nice, cool floaties. The front window it nailed shut! The garage and pantry doors are locked. One of the upstairs bathrooms has mold on the ceiling. One of the other upstairs bedrooms had the light falling out of the ceiling . The bedroom fans shake a lot, be careful they don't fall on you. Overall my family had a good time. The owner should take better care of a beautiful house.

We had a great time at this home... this accommodated all of our needs. The owner was very reliable for questions and answers. I would definitely stay here again. The house was very nice and clean. With 11 of us we had plenty of room.

The only issue we had was parking. With 3 cars it is very hard to park and not be across the sidewalk. And parking along the curb is not allowed. Other than that is was a very good experience.

MOST HORRIBLE VACTION HOME EVER!!!!

My family rent vacation homes at least 5 times a year. This is the worst we have ever seen. starting from check in day, owner email for copy of credit card and ID's which is stated no where in description when booking. Inside home/ furniture is very outdated. Shoe rack inside front entrance full of shoe. You don't have access to the garage/ food pantry/some closets. There was towels on the old/outdated sofas used as chair covers. Don't know who cleaned before our arrival but kitchen garbage can was dirty, food stains on wall and kitchen sink faucet had some hard substances on it, we didn't want to touch it. Toilet had urine stain. I could go on and on about things that wasn't right in this home. It is a great home just needs to be updated and cleaned up!!!!

The owner is very very sweet!

It was my birthday weekend we had lots of fun we didn’t go anywhere we stay at the condo all weekend it was plenty to do in the area but the kids loved the swimming pool so we stayed at the condo they played on pool table. The owner brought me a birthday gift which was very loving! I love my gift. SHES VERY SWEET and KIND, when I would ask questions or anything she would respond immediately.. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND anyone booking her FOR FRIENDS FAMILY STRANGERS ANYBODY AND I WILL BE BACK . Thank you MINA WANG, you’re a blessing!!

Unfortunately not so great house :-(

The location of the house was great it’s near a Walmart and plenty of restaurants. The house however is not that great. First off when I rented the place my monies came out and I paid for it completely which is fine, but then closer to my stay I received a message that I would need to fill out some sort of waiver in order to get the access code. The waiver included asking for mine and all those staying late drivers licenses and my full credit card info in case there was damage. I questioned this due to the fact that I had to pay for house insurance upfront as well. I was just told that someone in the past broke something and lied to the insurance. As a former victim of identity theft I refused to give my CC info to her on a sheet of paper. Secondly when we got to the house we walked in and it was semi clean and looked as if it is lived in by a family due to the shoes sitting on the shoe rack next to the door. Third there were pet urine stains on the floor in the tv area. The home was not clean to the standard that I am use to in a vacation rental and the fact that I was charged money for a cleaning service fee that I am sure others paid as well the home should have been super clean. Those I was staying with and I went to the store and brought cleaning supplies and literally spent the first hour of our stay cleaning the home so we would feel comfortable to even stay there. There were random towels left laid across the couches as if we weren’t allowed to sit on the couches. The coffee maker and oven were completely filthy and we couldn’t use them. Fourth the beds were the worse it was as if we slept on cardboard boxes one of the beds was a box spring with a foam mat laid across it. I personally didn’t make it the first night sleeping on the bed I had to go sleep upright on the couch. The final thing is that the info on the home says that it has a pool with a spa that was a complete lie there was no spa at all at the home and the pool I did get in but only for a little while because there were so many ants floating in the pool they did not have the filter running at all. Basically all of the pics are not accurate the pics look way better then it does in person. I don’t normally leave reviews at all but I would not want others to waste their money on this place because you won’t be happy about it. We made the most of our time but if we could have gotten a full refund and left the day we arrived then we would have. Just beware.

Not Up to Windsor Palms Standards

We have stayed at a variety of homes at Windsor Palms over the past 15 years. This home did not meet the standard we have come to expect at this community. The home was not clean. The stove top. kitchen counters, and bathroom floors as well as showers were dirty. There were no pillowcases on the pillows so we purchased ones to use. For a 6 bedroom home, there is not room for more than 6 people at the table, in the family room, or around the pool. Owner may want to consider hiring a different cleaning service.
