Great location in a quaint area however highways around can be busy. Would have nice to known before hand to bring your own body wash, shampoo, salt/pepper and oil etc. Overall a nice and spacious place perfect for families to enjoy. Very effective communication with the host.

The pool was great for the kids to play I do recommend to get the pool heated. I had decided not too but was a little cold ., lol . Ether that the house was in a perfect location to drive to all the parks ( Disney and universal and others ) also very clean and perfect for a family of 10 . Lots of rooms for everyone . I definitely recommend the house if you have a big family and plenty of driving. Also the owner had everything you needed from cooking to cleaning and laundry.

A nice stay. Had an issue with the heat as it was 25 degrees the last couple of days. But this was dealt with to our satisfaction. Nice house, nicely decorated, comfortable beds. Well appointed.

We supposed to have a heated pool, according to the advertisement. Only after psy the depodit I was informed that would be a 400 fee to have it heated. Besides we have a big problem with the heating in the unit for all the days of our stay. It was really freezing and uncontrollable in the house. We contacted the owner and he responded promptly but the problem wasn’t solved. The master suite had bugs on the mattress and made us feel very unsafe. Actually the house doesn’t have quality in linens, utensils and dishes in general. The location is great, size of the house perfect. Appliances are fare. The house could be more care and would be a perfect place.

All 9 of us had 23 wonderful nights in this villa. Perfect location for Disney and Universal. Great communication with owner when we had an issue which was resolved promptly. Lovely quiet area, we didn’t hear any noise through the day or evening from any neighbouring properties. Kids enjoyed the games room and pool.

PROS:Resonable price for space and poolClose to DisneyAC in main areas goodCONS:Check in- unnecessarily annoying since the wrong alarm code was given. Fortunately, that was resolved with a quick text to the management company (Karen)Cleanliness- hair in the sinks in most bathrooms, holes in the tub in first bathroom off the main entry way that were patched up, outdoor furniture cushions not clean in months it seems, main sofa dirty with stains, furniture/seating not the same as pictures on listing in living room, dining room or kitchen. This place definitely had some wear and tear and need some more love from the management company.Strange rules- the doors to outside and garage had to be closed after a certain time otherwise AC would turn off. Didn't seem like a big deal but the game room was in the garage which had only a ceiling fan and NO AC in 90 degree weatherGame room- air hockey table did not work property, the pool table was off balance and partially broken, didn't try foosball table because unable to locate balls Unwelcomed nterruption- Karen (from the management company) around 10:30ish am rings the bell and then immediately just walks in. She speaks to my teenager son and asks for fire extinguisher and says she'll leave it outside once she done with it. She doesn't return till 2:30ish pm. Why??? My family did not come here to have anyone walk in without permission or prior heads up. She had my cell and they can easily contact the main line.

Why they chose this property

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

What makes this property unique

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
