All 9 of us had 23 wonderful nights in this villa. Perfect location for Disney and Universal. Great communication with owner when we had an issue which was resolved promptly. Lovely quiet area, we didn’t hear any noise through the day or evening from any neighbouring properties. Kids enjoyed the games room and pool.

Yearly family vacation

The property was nice. The couch had staining and some wallpaper had been tore on a kitchen wall. There were things that were dated and needed replaced but overall was a good stay for the minimal time we spent in the house. The pool made the trip for the kids.

Great villa for our holiday. Plenty of space with good in villa facilities (excluding the garage). Same location that we have always used so we know that is great too.

We needed a last minute home and this home took care of our needs. About 15 mins from Disney parks, close to stores and restaurants. Very convenient.

It was a really beautiful house we enjoyed staying there and the pool was amazing . The AC was broken when we got there but they sent someone out right away.

The location was very convenient. The owner/property manager was very responsive and communicated quickly with any questions. The property needs some updating but overall we were very pleased.

Nice vacation home

My family spent a fun time in the house, the kids didn't want to leave. As every rental house they have their policies and there are a lot of things to be responsible about, but overall its a nice place.

Wonderful stay for family!

Great home for your Disney bound family. Close to parks, restaurants and grocery stores. Good price for the size of the house. Property management was easily accessible. Older home and definitely needs freshening up.

Great House Great Time

This was our second stay here. So glad we came back. Really nice house. Extremely clean and well laid out. Everyone had their own separate area and bathroom with a large area to congregate. Quick ride to Disney as well as a ton of restaurants and stores. We will be back.

Great House

The house was clean and perfect for our family stay for Disney. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything and spacious so you’re not on top of everyone. Kids loved the pool and the games in the garage. We will be back!

Great stay (4 nights) with amenities as advertised, very responsive host. As a suggestion to the owners: add more sunbeds (there are only 3), add more glassware (wine & champagne), the pool area could use some special care (remove cigarette buds, tile cleaning, remove leave debris and weed. Great quiet neighborhood.

The property was good, spacious with enough bedrooms and washrooms. Some basic supplies in the kitchen could be added like a coffee maker,. Some basic spices could be stocked up so the guests don't have to run around for even tea or coffee as soon as we reach.Also toileteries can be added in the wahrooms like handwash etc. The villa is in a nice neighborhood and close to Disneyworld.Overall a good experience!

The property is in a great location, is well maintained. I think they need to ensure the place is clean for the new guests because we found dead ants by the windows. We had some issues but Michael contacted me the same day to resolved them.

Omg, words cannot explain the excellent condition ur house was in. The neighborhood was fantastic. The parks and shopping were within easy driving distance! The pool was very nice my grandkids enjoyed the pool!! The little park across the street from the villa was outstanding icing on the cake!! I'm just hoping me n my family can stay again next year!! Thank I guys very much for letting us stay at your wonderful villa!!

Very responsive hosts

We booked this house last minute after our flights were unexpectedly changed. The hosts were very quick to respond and get us booked. They also turned on pool heat immediately to ensure it would be as warm as possible for us upon arrival. We stayed two nights, the beds were very comfortable. This house would be great for a large family or a couple of families staying together, there are plenty of beds and bathrooms. The house is definitely in need of some TLC, with wallpaper peeling and paint touch ups needed. It could be very lovely with some minor cosmetic touches. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I don’t know where to start. Pulling up the house was amazing. Opening up the door was stunning. It was really like something out the magazine. The home was very clean as well. So much space for the whole family. Communication between me and the owner was easy and fast. The neighborhood was quit and I loved it. It’s a small park n the neighborhood so I loved that too. Absolutely Incredible

So we saw the pics online and the home looked spacious and what we needed. WAS IT EVER! Spotless - comfortable - inclusive! It had everything and we were grateful to be there. What made it awesome too is we travel for sports and hotels get old. We were able to all be together but have plenty of room. Close to everything. We Ubered to ESPN and everything was pretty much perfect! This is your house - stop looking - unless I need it LOL. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your incredible home. Amy :)

Listing really needs updating

I want to start off by saying we enjoyed our stay. With that said, there were many things that need to change. First of all, please update the listing. Many things have changed including furniture. Second, please invest in new linen. My bed sheets were stained. I understand that it was still clean but the appearance was not pleasant. The mattresses also need some TLC. They were very, very uncomfortable. Finally, the cleaning was not up to par. Maybe they rushed the cleaning but the floors were not the cleanest. Again, I want to end with saying, we had a good stay but this little things really made the house not as appealing as the photos show.

Nice Place close to everything

Evey thing was pretty much as described. Clean - roomy - 5 adults stood here. Very comfortable. TV and ceiling lights and fans - weird controls. Clock in Kitchen needs battery. Inconsistent information on garbage days from book - fridge and front door - different dates. Felt that the kitchen pans could use upgrade- Need at least on large frying pan. Would be nice if you had some basic kitchen amenities like salt & pepper; storage bags; saran wrap; condiments etc. We stood at home instead of hotel so we could cook once in a while having to buy everything and then toss because can't bring on plane; was a waste. Xtra paper towels and toilet paper would be nice. I dropped a pen between couch and had to move couch - not super clean under couch. Xtra towels was nice along with pool towels. Neighborhood felt safe. Close to parks. I would rent here again. Thanks!

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
