This comfortable 30m2 studio with sea view is located on the 7th floor of a new residence offering a magnificent swimming pool and a fitness room. Perfectly furnished and equipped, separate kitchen with microwave, hob, toaster, dishes, dining area, small balcony, air conditioner and fan, WiFi ADSL, Plenty of storage. Parking, caretaker 24/24. This residence is 400m from the long beach of Khao Takiap and 10 minutes by collective taxi from the center of Hua Hin. Perfect place if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of central Hua Hin. Franco-Thai welcome with assistance and advice.
