Cute cottage, exactly as described. Location was ideal with lots of enjoyable activities nearby. House was clean, nicely decorated and with extras touches to make guests comfortable. The Hunting Island State Park pass offered by the host was great! What a beautiful park & beach!
We had a wonderful time at this cottage. It was less than a mile from a beautiful playground and close to the downtown Beaufort shops and restaurants. Would love to stay again!

Property was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The screened porch with the fireplace is where we spent our evenings. We will definitely rent again when in the area!
My family absolutely loved our stay here! The home is absolutely beautiful, cozy and just down right perfect. It was stocked with everything you could need, and Janice was so kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here for your trip to Beaufort!

I set my in-laws up and couldn't have asked for better accommodations. Besides the comfortable/cozy atmosphere, it was impeccably clean/furnished, close to downtown Beaufort. Yes, wouldn't hesitate to book in the future, when in the area! Thank you JaniceMarie.

We enjoyed our stay at cozy cottage. Quiet area which made it easy to relax especially on the screened in porch. Close to all the things we wanted to see and do. History, beach, shopping and restaurants. Owner answered questions quickly and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this rental.

The Cottage is in one of our favorite walking neighborhoods as we’ve stayed in Beaufort several times. Everything was as expected from pictures & description on VRBO. Best feature was screened porch with gas fireplace. Only negative would be very small bathroom. Enjoyed our stay.

17 day stay in Beaufort South Carolina. My wife and I stayed 17 days in a very nice Cottage in the pigeon point neighborhood of Beaufort. The property is well appointed with high-end appliances, fixtures and furniture. We have stayed in Beaufort three times before And this is the nicest VRBO we’ve had and we plan on Staying at the property when we visit again.

The description of the house and location is accurate. The one bathroom is very small with very little space for toiletries. We enjoyed the bikes as well.
My wife and I were 100% satisfied with our stay here. It was clean, comfortable, very contemporary and in a lovely area of Pigeon Point - just as advertised. The bikes were a bonus. Janice, our hostess, couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate to return myself or recommend it to others.

The cottage was a beautiful little home in a lovely neighborhood. Everything about this cottage is as pictured. We couldn't have asked for more. We especially enjoyed sitting on the back patio in the evenings by the fireplace. It was a perfect time of year for that. We plan to come back to Beaufort and would stay here again, but the next time we come back, we will probably bring our dog and this cottage is only for people which is the only reason we wouldn't stay here again. We highly recommend it!!!

About the host
Hosted by JaniceMarie McLean
Hi my name is Janice. My husband Frank and I feel very blessed to have bought this little gem of a cottage from Marianne. She did an outstanding job, completely renovating and transforming this small home built in 1950 into the stunning cottage it is today, with high end furnishings, but with a relaxing cottage feel. We hope that you will be able to come and enjoy, relax and take in the pleasures of beautiful Beaufort, while staying at the Cozy Cottage.
