This cottage was a dream to stay in. It has a great central location for exploring Beaufort, with an excellent public playground right next door where our children played every day. For a cottage, it had the coziness one expects, but there was no cramped feeling, it had plenty of room for all of us. My wife and I loved sitting on the enclosed port in the mornings to drink our tea and coffee, and gain in the evenings to wind down after the children were in bed. It was very clean, with plenty of fresh linens, and the kitchen was stocked with more than we had ever seen in a rental. The host and her agent were so lovely, helping us the entire time from before check-in through the checkout process. We absolutely loved our entire stay there, and hope to return again soon.

The cottage was so quaint and eclectic. The azaleas were in full bloom and lovely. My only complaint was the stairs and different levels would be tricky for young children or seniors. Overall the location and home was extremely nice.

What a terrific place to stay. We enjoyed our week here. Laura is a great host who was always prompt with information or with answers. The house was very clean and everything you would need was in place. The setting of this property is most appealing and it is a great location to stay. Hope to return again.

Wonderful stay at charming cottage

We truly enjoyed our experience at your beautiful cottage! It was extra clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. We have always enjoyed coming to Beaufort, and this cottage made it even more enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

We loved this historic house, primarily for its location (about 5-10 minutes from anything you'd want to see in Beaufort). A nice park that is literally next door was a bonus, as were the hardwood floors, ample parking and safe neighborhood. Would definitely return.
