I am glad you liked the cabin and the creek. I am very disappointed that you would say these things and not even once contact us during your stay so I could make it right. However, you had 4 people staying in the cabin, so you would not need a pull-out bed. And the pull-out bed is not advertised, it works great as a couch (less than 5 years old), but not as a sleeper sofa (a guest broke it). It clearly states at the cabin to not open the sleeper sofa. It is a fully functional couch. We could have easily replaced your toaster the same day, if we had known. The first line of the description states, "get away from it all, no phone or cable tv." We updated to a hotspot for people who would like to watch tv on their computer or use the Roku and tv (provided) for streaming (or need internet for work). You received a great price for a race weekend lodging (not any higher fees, just the regular rate). It is important to us that our guests enjoy their stay as we are sharing our home with them.

Thank you for the review. We have never had any issues with the heat. We would always like to be alerted to an issue while you are staying there, but did not receive any communication that there was a problem. I have emailed you through VRBO so we could understand what was happening more clearly. If you could respond to that we would really appreciate it. We will follow up and check on the heater. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay.
