We’ve been to San Diego a few times and usually stayed in hotels. This place was perfect. Perfect location for everything we wanted to do, good selection of cookware for home cooking, and super comfortable beds.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo near Ocean Beach and the Barnes Tennis Center. We received excellent communication from the hosts in advance of our stay. The kitchen was well-appointed and we enjoyed several home-cooked meals. The couches were very comfortable for our family gatherings. The bedrooms were downstairs and were nice and quiet. This condo was a great place to make memories with three generations of our family!

Great location, close to everything includingthe airport! They had a lot of things to make our stay easier...napkins, laundry detergent, spices, cooking supplies, boogie boards, beach towels and beach chairs, etc.

It was a nice property and excellent to have a parking spot provided at that location as well. It was a bit challenging to have to walk items up to the 2nd floor and then back down a floor to the bedrooms, but they were nice cosy bedrooms. Kitchen worked great for our needs too! My one qualm was that for a hot month, the AC units weren't quite cutting it. It would help a ton to put in better insulated windows to help with this problem.

Thanks for your kind review. We are under contract with the airport authority to have sound proof windows put in next fall. I have been on the list for over 4 years now, waiting. It is finally going to happen and forced A/C as well instead of the portable A/C units. Not many places near the beach have A/C. Thanks.

Great location with easy access to multiple landmarks and attractions. Parking was secure. Lots of towels and bedding. Snacks were appreciated.

We had a great time staying at this property. Mark was very proactive and thorough in his communication so we had all of the information we needed for a smooth check-in and stay. The location was fantastic! Less than 10-15 minutes to nearly any attraction you might want to visit while in San Diego. The zoo, Seaworld, Mission beach, Ocean Beach, Pacific Beach, downtown, old town - you name it, all just a quick drive away. The condo itself was great for a family of 3 with a small child. Two bedrooms so we could have our separate spaces, 3 bathrooms so no one ever had to wait, plenty of room to spread out without ever being on top of each other. The only small tradeoff for people who love to walk a new city was that the immediate area outside wasn't very walkable - no shops or restaurants or anything really. But it was a worthwhile trade for a family to have the space and easy parking and could still get to many places with a 5-minute car ride.

Excellent location for our visit to San Diego. Literally 6-7 minutes from everywhere we needed to go...Wedding Venue, Airport, Harbor, Mission Bay and Ocean Beaches.And we loved Barron's Market a short walk from the condo.

The unit was quite clean and very cute, beachy decor!! The kitchen was very well stocked! All sorts of drinkware and sizes of coffee cups. It was delightful to have a few kitchen items well stocked for guests to use as needed. The description of everything was spot on. We would absolutely look for another reason to stay at this property. We were a group of 5, 4 adults and a toddler. Having some child-in-mind items (including toys) was a blessing!

Best home away from home

Our group of family friends had a blast! Easy to get to local attractions and beaches, our host was always quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend this awesome property.

The property was well stocked with everything you would need and the owner responded quickly. It was very loud inside though. You could hear everything from street noise to kids playing outside and the house only had portable air coolers which is ok with normal San Diego weather in March but it was in the mid 80s while we were there so it was warm in the rooms.

Thank you for your response. We have 3 portable air conditioners and most beach home do not have A/C in the local area.
