Condo Del Mar at Princesa on Sandy Beach

This premium 1 bedroom/ 1 bath condo is in the perfect location, located on the 2nd floor of B Tower. It is one of the closest 1 bedrooms to the beach with a spectacular view of the Sea of Cortez, beach, and pool with accommodations for up to 4 guests making this condo perfect for a relaxing get away. It's close enough to the elevator to be handy, but not heard. The second floor, extra large balcony is great for sun and shade.
The condo has been completely remodeled. Everything has been updated. Gorgeous new flooring throughout, new granite counter tops and sinks in the kitchen and bathroom. An amazing walk-in shower and new toilet. New range and refrigerator. LED lighting in kitchen, hall and bathrooms. New 65” and 50” smart flat screen TV’s in the living room and bedroom. All new furniture, including new king size bed and queen size sofa couch. New blackout window blinds. New remote control ceiling fans. All new interior paint. The place looks and feels fantastic.
A full kitchen with appliances, stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge, Keurig coffee maker with coffee and creamer, pots/pans, dishes, glasses and utensils. Condo comes completely stocked with towels, linens and pillows.
The in-suite laundry room has a washer and dryer.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire complex, (except the owners area by the clubhouse), private beach area, shared pools and hot tub. Your names will be provided to the guard gate for security purposes and you will be given wrist bands. The complex is walled and has security 24/7

Discounted boat trips..
When staying in our condo for two (2) nights or more, we offer a 25% discount on all of Del Mar Charters Day/Sunset cruises, Bird Island snorkel trips and Whale Watching trips. Also a 15% discount of our Fishing Trips. The discount is only for the those staying in the Condo. This is good for only one trip during your stay. If we can't go out due to bad weather or if the boat is full for that day, we will issue you a 25% or 15% discount voucher good for a different day. Call the Del Mar Office for additional information. Reservations required and we suggest you make your reservation as soon as you book the condo. Thanks.

Had a few hiccups at the condo but it was beautiful and at fantastic resort. Craig was extremely responsive anytime I needed him and resolved issues ASAP. I will def be back!

We had a great time at the condo, it was very clean and had all the amenities described. The only hiccup was we weren't given the code to get into the condo upon arrival and reaching the owner was a little difficult but it was resolved after about half an hour, The rest of our stay was fantastic we definitely would stay here again.

Love this condo at Princesa Resort

This was our 2nd time staying in this exact condo. We love the proximity to the private beach, ocean view, the 3 pools, hot tub, and restaurant onsite. This condo is always priced the best in the neighborhood. Forgot that the restaurant is closed on Wednesdays, but with a full kitchen in the condo, not a problem as long as you have groceries to make meals that 1 day. Highly recommend going during weekdays to avoid long lines at the border on weekends. We plan to book Victor’s place every summer for our family vacations. Great place for kids; ours are 5 and 6 years old. Thanks for an awesome and relaxing trip!

Easter weekend

The room was in a great location. The resort had three pools and many umbrellas to use from. There were only 2 issues my husband and I had and I would say they are minor to us. The first was the wifi didnt reach to the bedroom so maybe if the owner got a wifi extender. The second was the bed was very firm. Husband likes firm beds but that one was way too firm. So if you dont like firm beds bring a bed topper. Overall I will recommend this place because the owner is very communicative and this room has everything you will need for a weekend getaway.
