Enjoy Your Views of the Sea of Cortez and Being in the Middle of Sandy Beach

It's our home away from home right on the beach with the BEST views. It's beautifully furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with a utility sink and lots of space to relax and visit with friends indoors or outside on the balcony with table and chairs. We take pride in our home and want you to feel at home.
If you prefer not to cook while on vacation, we have our own restaurant just steps away at Collin's Cantina and there are many restaurants on Sandy Beach that are just minutes away. To name a few, Mare Blu at the Reef, Sonoran Spa Grill, Garufa, Banditos, Wrecked at the Reef, Diego's Tiki Bar and more.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

My husband and I moved to the Tucson area in late 2021 after raising our four children in Washington state. We were starting a new chapter in our lives and wanted to find a place to bring our family together to spend quality time together. Our lives started in Mexico where we were married 30 years ago and we always dreamed of getting back to our roots.

Why they chose this property

We discovered the Princesa de Penasco Resort and knew we found something special, a place we could make our Home Away from Home, a place we could relax and renew.

What makes this property unique

Condo E304 is situated right in the middle of the building overlooking the heated pool and has a view of the Sea of Cortez and we experience fabulous sunsets nightly. Even when it's cloudy and stormy, it's still just beautiful. We are thrilled to be able to share our Home Away from Home with others so they too may experience the relaxing culture and the sense of renewal that we have. Welcome to our Home Away from Home.
