About this property

Nice House La Ciotat - 3 bedrooms -150m beach - garden - parking - Calanques.

The house is old and renovated; it is 110m2 on 2 floors + a garden of 400m2 with 2 parking spaces, a large terrace shaded by a natural pergola centenary, very effective (we can eat outside in summer) a small Provencal cabanon, a barbecue, an outdoor shower.

- DRC: a large living room fully equipped and comfortable overlooking the terrace and the garden with a lounge equipped with a fireplace that works very well, an open kitchen where you can eat, a corner office and a laundry room + WC.

- 1st floor: 3 bedrooms with windows overlooking the garden, 1 bathroom with shower and bath and 1 toilet, velux.
Natural Materials: tiled floor, plain wooden doors, walls of lime. On the roof, solar panels for hot water.

- 2 parking spaces in the garden, very easy access by the garage with remote control.

No air conditioning;

- The beach is very very close to the house (3 min walk) with nice restaurants by the sea, beaches all along, sailing club, diving club, volleyball, children's activities.
Green way 50 meters to cross the Ciotat by bike, scooter, skate, roller or on foot.
- Town center at 700 m with pedestrian streets, the pretty harbor and its night market.
- Beautiful coves (Figuerolles and Mugel) 3km.

Beautiful place just 5 min from the sea

We stayed for three weeks with our teenage/grown up kids and enjoyed Frédérics house a lot. It is a beautiful, individual place and offered everything we looked for, including a green patio to sit, eat and play cards in the shadow, a barbeque and even space to play petanque in the backyard. As there is no aircon it‘s super nice to habe the sea and the beaches just 5 min away.

Stunning rental

The house was stunning. It easily accommodated our group of 4 with a private yard and a patio for outdoor dining. It was located a couple minutes walk to the beach and within easy walking distance of the main downtown of La Ciotat. The location was an easy 25 minute drive from the Old Port in Marseille and was the perfect home base for exploring the coast. We couldn’t have asked for a better situation. Everyone wished that we had planned to spend more time there than we did at the other stops on our trip.

Het is een compact, oud huis, basic ingericht, prima voor 6 pers. 3 min lopen van het lokale strandje van La Ciotat. MAAR: met standaardtemperaturen van 30-35 graden en ZONDER airconditioning in het huis, is slapen een hele uitdaging. Wat dat betreft geen aanrader . Warmte blijft in het huis hangen en is met de aanwezige ventilatoren niet weg te blazenn.aanrader. War uitdaging. huis

Schönes Haus an guter Lage

Wir fühlten uns in dem herzigen Haus sehr wohl. Der Sitzplatz unter der Pergola ist speziell zu erwähnen, einfach wunderbar. Die Lage des Hauses ist auch top, man ist in 2-3 Minuten zu Fuss am Strand oder in 7-8 Minuten im Stadtzentrum.

Charming villa - centrally located yet private & spacious - 5mns stroll from the beach

Beautiful secluded old villa, deceptively peaceful even though at the heart of the charming beach town and port of La Ciotat. We spent two wonderful weeks here in July with our 3 children. Wonderful memories, so many of them spent “en famille” dining in the shade of the cooling veranda. 5-star experience. We will be back. Susie & Ray

la maison est idéalement située : à quelques centaines de mètres de la plage et de la coulée verte. terrasse très ombragée : on se croirait dans un film de Pagnol. les propriétaires sont très chaleureux
