Beautiful! Loved my stay! Great location! Totally recommend!!!

So many great things to write!! We traveled with our two young children to visit Disneyland and we stayed here for about a week. The place was clean & easy to find right out of the train. The managers were very easy to get ahold of the whole time- from beginning to end. One day, I didn't know how to use the washer and I called Celine, and she was kind to come over and show me in person! The location is SO great, right off of the train station and near the mall (which is where we did grocery shopping every day!) our beds were comfy. The towels were nice and big and clean! The shower and bathroom were also nice & easy to bathe my two young kids. They loved bath time! The kitchenette was perfect!! It was our first time doing home away and we had a wonderful experience!! Everything about this place was nice and cozy! It had a homey feel! And I felt very safe!! I would stay here every time I visited the area and I would recommend to all my family and friends that come visit Disneyland Paris! Thank you so much Celine for taking care of us while visiting! דירה נעימה ומתוחזקת היטב, ההתנהלות טעונת שיפור

שהינו בדירה במשך 7 לילות לצורך ביקור בפריז בסימן דיסנילנד. מיקום הדירה (לצורך ביקור בדיסנילנד) ממש מעולה. היא נמצאת כמה צעדים מתחנת val d'Europe הממוקמת כ-3 דקות נסיעה ברכבת מהכניסה לפארק. ניתן גם למצוא מקומות לינה בסמוך לפארק עצמו, אולם היתרון הגדול של ואל ד'אורופ הוא שמדובר ביישוב אמיתי עם סופר, קניון ענקי, מסעדות וכל מה שצריך. ממש מתחת לדירה יש סופרמרקט קטן של רשת מונופ שפתוח רשמית מ-7:00 עד 22:00 אבל מעשית לא ראינו אותו סגור בשום שלב, גם אחרי 23:00. נוח מאוד. מעבר לכביש יש קניון ענקי המכיל בין היתר גם היפרמרקט ענקי שיש בו הכל מהכל (כולל כלי בית, חשמל, צעצועים, צורכי משרד ומה-לא) ובקרוב אפילו פריימרק (כן, דיסני זה רק תירוץ). הסביבה היא סביבה עירונית נחמדה ונוחה להולכי רגל. הדירה טובה מאוד ומתוחזקת היטב. מבחינת גודל - היא אופטימלית יותר לזוג או לכל היותר להורים הישנים באותה מיטה עם הילדים. המיטה הנוספת היא למעשה הסלון של הדירה ואם פותחים אותה זה אומר גם שהילדים ישנים בסלון, גם שאין לכם למעשה סלון לשבת, וגם שהדירה כבר הופכת להיות צפופה מאוד. מנהלת הנכס הייתה אדיבה מאוד ולרוב מאוד זמינה (אם כי לא פגשנו אותה פיזית בשום שלב...). איסוף המפתח מתבצע ממקום אחר ביישוב (סוכנות נדל"ן כלשהי) ואפשרי גם בלילה אך כרוך בטרחה. מדובר במרחק הליכה, אבל לא קצר במיוחד (כקילומטר) ובטח לא כזה שכדאי לעשות עם תיקים ומזוודות ולא כיף לעשות ב-1 בלילה אם הגעתם עם טיסת הלילה של איזיג'ט למשל. עם זאת, ההוראות לקבלת המפתח ולמציאת הדירה היו מפורטות ומדויקות מאוד, ולא נזקקנו לעזרה כלשהי כדי להגיע לדירה מעבר להוראות הכתובות שנשלחו מראש. כמו כן, הסוכנות גם דורשת הפקדת פיקדון בגובה די חריג (400 יורו, שנגבים ומוחזרים בכרטיס אשראי ולכן תשלמו עליהם עמלת המרה פעמיים) ויש לה סט דרישות שאינו ראוי בלשון המעטה ובכלל זה: לפנות את כל הזבל מהדירה, להחליף את המצעים, לזרוק את כל המגבות שנעשה בהן שימוש לסל מסוים ובמיוחד להחזיר את המפתח בחזרה לסוכנות (אנחנו ספציפית קיבלנו פטור מהדרישה האחרונה). ניכר כי המשרד המנהל את הנכס לא מבין היטב את צורכי התייר שבא לרגע ומצפה לקבל שירות מקיף יותר במיוחד בקשר למפתח וגם בקשר ליתר הדרישות ולא לבזבז זמן יקר על עניינים אלו. קצת הרגשה של מסדר.

Formidableeeee... appartement superbe !! Vue superbe!

Appartement répondant parfaitement aux indications. Très propre, très agréable. Proche du val d’Europe et de la gare RER. Vu sur belle place avec pour nous les illuminations de Noel. Nous y avons passé un très très agréable séjour . Je recommande fortement.

Estancia genial en Disneyland

La ubicación y accesibilidad del apartamento es ideal para viajar con niños a Disneyland. Hemos estado muy cómodas en el apartamento. Lo recomiendo totalmente. Junto al Hôtel Elysee (misma Place Ariane) está la parada de bus gratuito para Disneyland. Y el Centro Comercial Val D’Europe es ideal para compras y está muy cerca también. Muchísimas gracias a las propietarias por su amabilidad y paciencia.
