Checking in was a breeze once we'd sorted out all the codes, and the kitchen was equipped with all the basics we needed and a little more. We especially liked the proximity to the train station.

Did the job for a Disney visit!

We flew into CDG to start our vacation and wanted to experience Disneyland Paris for a day. Check in was easy, the flat was as advertised and the 3 of us (wife, 8-year old daughter, and myself) slept comfortably. The mall nearby was useful to kill time at it as we waited to check in and buy a few groceries. Metro literally across the street and just one stop to get to Disney. It couldn’t be easier. We stayed 2 nights then we were off to Paris.

Lovely apartment with pros and cons

Pros : Great location, given such a central location external noise was not a factor at all. Cleanliness, security of apartment, facilities available within apartment. RER and Val de Europe Shopping Centre extremely close.Cons : Soundproofing non-existent within apartments which were thankfully quiet between Midnight and 07.00 am, outwith these times could be very noisy. Heating did not work and it was very chilly first thing in the morning, rest of the day it wasn't needed (just as well !)

Nettes Apartment in bester Lage

Das Apartment hÀlt, was es verspricht: die KÃŒche ist gut eingerichtet, es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine und das Klappsofa/bett ist angemessen. Im Haus gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt mit sehr kundenfreundlichen Öffnungszeiten. Die Entfernung nach Paris ist gut machbar (ca. 35-45min), denn der Bahnhof liegt wirklich keine 100m entfernt. FÃŒr uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern war absolut ausreichend und wir kommen gern wieder. entfernt.sehr

Formidableeeee... appartement superbe !! Vue superbe!

Appartement répondant parfaitement aux indications. TrÚs propre, trÚs agréable. Proche du val d’Europe et de la gare RER. Vu sur belle place avec pour nous les illuminations de Noel. Nous y avons passé un trÚs trÚs agréable séjour . Je recommande fortement.

Estancia genial en Disneyland

La ubicación y accesibilidad del apartamento es ideal para viajar con niños a Disneyland. Hemos estado muy cómodas en el apartamento. Lo recomiendo totalmente. Junto al HÃŽtel Elysee (misma Place Ariane) está la parada de bus gratuito para Disneyland. Y el Centro Comercial Val D’Europe es ideal para compras y está muy cerca también. Muchísimas gracias a las propietarias por su amabilidad y paciencia.

Just as described.Perfect!

The location of the apartment was just opposite the railway station . Perfect for moving towards eurodisney (10 min total) or Paris 30min total) . Mini market and bakery in 50m. Inside the apartment was just as in the photos clean and full equipped. We stayed with our two kids with no problems whatsoever. The check in- out procedure allowed us to check un late and check out early but we had to walk 10 min to reach the _"keys station". We changed the dates of arrival due to my father in law death ,and the hosts were most helpful even with a last minute notice.Thank you very much for everything Citxada! Hope to visit you again soon!

Todo muy bien

Cerca del parque, en frente de la estación. Había un supermercado abajo y el centro comercial al lado, con cafeterías, farmacia. Si vuelvo sin duda repetiría. Lo único es la entrega de llaves, no es muy cómodo el sistema.

Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet (bis auf eine Teekanne 😉) und liegt ideal fÃŒr Disneyland. Supermarkt, Bahnstation, Restaurants, BÀckerei, Post, Busse: Alles zu Fuß in ein bis zwei Minuten zu erreichen. Direkte Bahnverbindung in die City (ca. 45 Minuten) und Disneyland (ca. 5 Minuten). Kommen gerne wieder! 😀

A lovely apartment in a great location.

We arrived later than expected but the offices were still open and we were greeted warmly and given all the information we needed to get into the apartment. It was easy to find and get into with the directions given. I felt safe and secure and everyone we met were pleasant and welcoming. The apartment is bright and airy, immaculately clean and has everything you need. The room sizes are generous and while there were only 2 of us 4 people could easily stay. I cannot find any fault with the apartment, location, facilities or the owners. I loved this place, so handy for the train and the shopping centre and I will stay here again.

Perfekte Lage

Sehr gÌnstige Lage, wenn man Disneyland und Paris besucht. Der Bahnhof (RER) ist direkt gegenÌber. Ein sehr leckerer BÀcker ist auch 50 Meter entfernt.

Perfecto para pasar unos días en Disneyland

La ubicación del apartamento es inmejorable. En un radio de unos 100 metros se encuentran todos los servicios necesarios, incluyendo un centro comercial con montones de tiendas, restaurantes, un acuario y un Auchan (Alcampo) enorme, la estación RER que conecta con Disneyland y con el centro de París, un supermercado que abre de 7 a 23 h justo debajo del apartamento, restaurantes y bares, paradas de autobús y una farmacia. Además del tren y la línea 47 de bus, la lanzadera gratuita del hotel Elysée para a la vuelta de la esquina y tarda unos 10 minutos en llegar a los parques. Los horarios, amplísimos y muy frecuentes, están en la misma parada y a nosotros nadie nos pidió acreditación de estar alojados en dicho hotel en ninguno de los trayectos que hicimos en los 6 días que estuvimos allí. El apartamento es tal y como aparece en las fotos, está limpio y es luminoso y muy cómodo. La cocina dispone de todo el menaje necesario y pequeños electrodomésticos, así como estropajo, líquido para el lavavajillas, e incluso algunos productos básicos como sal, aceite, café, etc. En el baño había también productos de higiene de cortesía (gel, champú, crema corporal, etc.), y papel higiénico de sobra. La cama es cómoda y el sofá-cama está bastante bien. Por ponerle una pega diría que, al ser un segundo piso, el ruido de las terrazas de la calle puede ser un poco molesto, pero sólo a primera hora de la noche (hasta las 12 o 1) y con las ventanas abiertas. Nosotros fuimos en pleno mes de agosto, con días de calor y mucha gente en la calle, pero ni siquiera eso nos impidió dormir. El personal de la agencia fue muy atento en todo momento, y Susana, que nos enseñó el apartamento y resolvió nuestras dudas en perfecto español es un encanto. Sin duda repetiremos.

Beautiful! Loved my stay! Great location! Totally recommend!!!

So many great things to write!! We traveled with our two young children to visit Disneyland and we stayed here for about a week. The place was clean & easy to find right out of the train. The managers were very easy to get ahold of the whole time- from beginning to end. One day, I didn't know how to use the washer and I called Celine, and she was kind to come over and show me in person! The location is SO great, right off of the train station and near the mall (which is where we did grocery shopping every day!) our beds were comfy. The towels were nice and big and clean! The shower and bathroom were also nice & easy to bathe my two young kids. They loved bath time! The kitchenette was perfect!! It was our first time doing home away and we had a wonderful experience!! Everything about this place was nice and cozy! It had a homey feel! And I felt very safe!! I would stay here every time I visited the area and I would recommend to all my family and friends that come visit Disneyland Paris! Thank you so much Celine for taking care of us while visiting! שהינו בדי׹ה במשך 7 לילות לשו׹ך ביקו׹ ב׀ךיז בסימן דיסנילנד. מיקום הדי׹ה (לשו׹ך ביקו׹ בדיסנילנד) ממש מעולה. היא נמ׊את כמה ׊עדים מתחנת val d'Europe הממוקמת כ-3 דקות נסיעה בךכבת מהכניסה ל׀אךק. ניתן גם למשוא מקומות לינה בסמוך ל׀אךק ע׊מו, אולם היתךון הגדול של ואל ד'אוךו׀ הוא שמדובך ביישוב אמיתי עם סו׀ך, קניון ענקי, מסעדות וכל מה ש׊ךיך. ממש מתחת לדי׹ה יש סו׀ךמךקט קטן של ךשת מונו׀ ש׀תוח ךשמית מ-7:00 עד 22:00 אבל מעשית לא ׹אינו אותו סגוך בשום שלב, גם אח׹י 23:00. נוח מאוד. מעבך לכביש יש קניון ענקי המכיל בין היתך גם הי׀ךמךקט ענקי שיש בו הכל מהכל (כולל כלי בית, חשמל, ׊ע׊ועים, שו׹כי משךד ומה-לא) ובק׹וב א׀ילו ׀ךיימךק (כן, דיסני זה ךק תיךוץ). הסביבה היא סביבה עיךונית נחמדה ונוחה להולכי ׹גל. הדי׹ה טובה מאוד ומתוחזקת היטב. מבחינת גודל - היא או׀טימלית יותך לזוג או לכל היותך להו׹ים הישנים באותה מיטה עם הילדים. המיטה הנוס׀ת היא למעשה הסלון של הדי׹ה ואם ׀ותחים אותה זה אומ׹ גם שהילדים ישנים בסלון, גם שאין לכם למעשה סלון לשבת, וגם שהדיךה כב׹ הו׀כת להיות ׊׀ו׀ה מאוד. מנהלת הנכס הייתה אדיבה מאוד ול׹וב מאוד זמינה (אם כי לא ׀גשנו אותה ׀יזית בשום שלב...). איסוף המ׀תח מתב׊ע ממקום אח׹ ביישוב (סוכנות נדל"ן כלשהי) וא׀שךי גם בלילה אך כ׹וך בט׹חה. מדוב׹ במ׹חק הליכה, אבל לא ק׊ך במיוחד (כקילומט׹) ובטח לא כזה שכדאי לעשות עם תיקים ומזוודות ולא כיף לעשות ב-1 בלילה אם הגעתם עם טיסת הלילה של איזיג'ט למשל. עם זאת, ההוךאות לקבלת המ׀תח ולמ׊יאת הדי׹ה היו מ׀וךטות ומדויקות מאוד, ולא נזקקנו לעזךה כלשהי כדי להגיע לדי׹ה מעבך להוךאות הכתובות שנשלחו מךאש. כמו כן, הסוכנות גם דוךשת ה׀קדת ׀יקדון בגובה די ח׹יג (400 יו׹ו, שנגבים ומוחז׹ים בכךטיס אשךאי ולכן תשלמו עליהם עמלת המ׹ה ׀עמיים) ויש לה סט דךישות שאינו ׹אוי בלשון המעטה ובכלל זה: ל׀נות את כל הזבל מהדי׹ה, להחליף את המ׊עים, לז׹וק את כל המגבות שנעשה בהן שימוש לסל מסוים ובמיוחד להחזי׹ את המ׀תח בחז׹ה לסוכנות (אנחנו ס׀׊י׀ית קיבלנו ׀טוך מהדךישה האח׹ונה). ניכ׹ כי המשךד המנהל את הנכס לא מבין היטב את שו׹כי התייך שבא לךגע ומ׊׀ה לקבל שיךות מקיף יותך במיוחד בקשך למ׀תח וגם בקשך ליתך הדךישות ולא לבזבז זמן יק׹ על עניינים אלו. ק׊ת הךגשה של מסדך.

Schöne Wohnung in super Lage

Die Wohnung liegt optimal fÃŒr einen Besuch im Disneyland. Es fÀhrt sogar ein kostenloser Shuttlebus vom Hotel L'Elysée Val d'Europe nebenan (Linie 50). Direkt gegenÃŒber ist die Bahnstation Val dÂŽEurope mit direkter Anbindung nach Paris. Ein Auto ist nicht nötig. Sogar ein Supermarkt befindet sich in dem Shopping Center nebenan. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, bekommt einen sicheren Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage am Haus. Auch die Agentur, die die Wohnung verwaltet ist fußlÀufig erreichbar sollte es einmal zu Problemen kommen. Wer gerne shoppt, findet hinter dem ohnehin schon großen Shoppingcenter auch noch ein Outlet Dorf. Die Wohnung ist sauber und modern eingerichtet. BettwÀsche und HandtÃŒcher waren im Preis enthalten. Der Kontakt zur Agentur war problemlos und freundlich. Die Kaution, die bei der Buchung hinterlegt werden musste, wurde nach Abreise zÃŒgig zurÃŒck erstattet. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in der Wohnung und können die Buchung problemlos empfehlen.
