Great stay!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here during the Solheim Cup. Unfortunately the pools were closed because of local water restrictions but that was out of anyones control. Front gate staff was excellent and the pictures from the booking site were spot on!

Stayed here for 5 nights, the apartment has all that is required for a great comfortable stay. the balcony is big with great views. the only unfortunate thing we had is that the pool was closed, although it was clean and running; reason they told us is that there was a water usage restriction by the city; however we saw other pools in the area being used.

The apartment was excellent, fantastic view, beautifully clean and really well set out everything was catered for and more besides.We had a excellent month’s holiday and really could not find any fault with this apartment. The property was lovely and the pool area nearest was very nice. Only issue was not close to shops and long walk 30 minutes down hill. Had to take taxi up hill.

Very nice property. Spacious with good quality fixture and fittings. Well equipped kitchen. Very large terrace with lovely sea views. When we stayed in January and February there is no sun on the front terrace. Duquesa Village is located up a steep hill so it is best to have a car. .

Great stay

Lovely clean property, just the right size for 2 adults and 2 young children. Had everything we needed. Large balcony, only gets sun till about midday but we didn’t mind that. I would say you definitely need a car as the walk up the hill from the port is quite steep. There are lots of leftover things in the garage storage which come in useful for trips to the beach - chairs, parasols, cool boxes, floats and toys. Choice of 5 pools was great. Never too busy to get a spot around the pool.

Duquesa holiday stay Mar and April 24

Property well equipped,everything you need is there, nice large apartment, bedrooms are particularly spacious, and comfortable beds. You need a car for this complex as at least a mile walk into the port, ok for fit youngsters but as pensioners too hard for us, as all uphill, but we knew this prior to booking unfortunately all pools were closed due to a water shortage. One issue is there are no instructions in the apartment, and being English they would have been extremely useful, although working out the appliances was not too difficult, however we had to arrange an engineer as we did not know there was a security lock on one set of balcony doors. he sorted this in 5 seconds. we had a couple of problems, broken socket and a leak into the washing machine, which were addressed almost immediately, so very good communication. we were a little disappointed as the extremely large balcony faces East so no sun after 12noon, but we found out after 3 weeks there is a private front balcony area which is a sun trap in the afternoon, again highlighting the need for instructions, highlighting this area However overall extremely pleased with everything, and a very good price for the 49 day stay. Schönes Apartment in großer Anlage

Das Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Nur der Wasserkocher war verrostet und die Türen quietschten z.T. fürchterlich. Wir haben das bei unserer Abreise der Agentur mitgeteilt und hoffen für unsere Nachmieter auf Behebung. Der Balkon war ausreichend groß mit schönem Meerblick. Die Schlüsselübernahme und - abgabe in der Agentur war problemlos. Leider wurde der Pool - obwohl das Wetter hervorragend war - zum 1. Oktober geschlossen.

Es ist eine super schöne Anlage, die Wohnung ist perfekt. Bei Gelegenheit sollte man die Pfannen mal tauschen. Wir waren mit der Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Agency sehr zufrieden. Ein Auto wird benötigt wird aber so auch in der Wohnungsbeschreibung empfohlen. Wir haben von dieser Wohnung ganz Andalusien bereist, dafür war die Lage optimal. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Die Wohnung ist mit 5 Personen super bewohnbar. Danke für eine tolle Zeit

Vacances en famille

Logement tres spacieux et tres propre. Le village est calme, 5 piscines dans le village dont un tres proche. La place de parking est un vrai plus également. Proche des toutes commodités , 5 min en voiture de la première plage et bien située pour diverses visites de l'anfalousie. Le proprietaire est joignable facilement et repond rapidement a toutes nos questions. En bref de tres tres bonnes vacances en famille. Tout etait pargait!!

De woning was matig schoongemaakt bij aankomst. We zijn er zelf nog goed mee beziggeweest. De inrichting en uitrusting zijn niet van een groot gehalte: een beetje summier, een beetje ongezellig. Bv het droogrek was goed voor 2 handdoeken. We hebben er dus een groot droogrek bijgekocht. Er staat een 3-persoons bank en één stoel. Er zijn slechts 2 plafondlampen. Hoe ongezellig kun je het hebben. De keukenuitrusting was van lage kwaliteit. Het appartement an sich, de lokatie en de omgeving maken heel veel goed. Het appartement is ruim genoeg en de bedden zijn prima. Communicatie met de eigenaar was heel goed.

Die Schlüsselübergabe im Büro war unkompliziert. Großzügige Wohnung, modern ausgestattet, gute Matratzen. Auch die Küchenutensilien sind ausreichend vorhanden. Tolle Lage für Fahrten nach Gibraltar, Malaga, Tarifa oder Ronda. Traumhafte Strände in ein paar Minuten zu. Der Tiefgaragenplatz im Hochsommer ist ideal.

Se Puede Mejorar Bastante

El apartamento mal, nos pillo una ola de calor y el aire no funcionaba, tardaron enarreglarlo 2 días los cuales pagamos con ese servicio y nos tuvimos que asar de calor con dos niños pequeños, la limpieza del mismo mejorable, habia hormigas paseando por la estancia. Lejos de la playa y para todo hay que coger el coche. Le dijimos a la empresa que nos descontará del precio los problemas de climatización y pasaron de implicarse.

Bonjour, Désolée pour ces désagréments. Je vais contacter l'agence qui s'occupe de notre appartement pour voir ce qu'il en est de la climatisation. Pour les fourmis c'est la première fois que nous en avons. Effectivement étant à 2km de la plage il est préférable d'avoir une voiture pour se déplacer. Bien à vous
