Great location, 2 min walk to the gondola and local grocery store, great hot tub. Kitchen and decor a bit outdated, limited items in the kitchen (minimal cups, no can opener, no tupperware etc). Would recommend!

This was advertised as a ski in/ski out but it is not. You have to walk to the slopes with all your ski equipment. The two bedroom windows also look at the parking lot so not very scenic. I feel the description is not accurate and is false advertising.

This property was exactly as advertised! It was a perfect location for skiing, the bedrooms large and comfortable and the fireplace was awesome! We loved our stay!

Excellent Property

It's a nice place to have a family gathering. It's Roomy, spotless, and has everything you need to spend time with family. The First Floor is next to the parking lot, which is a big help.

This rental was by far one of the best we have stayed in at Steamboat! The location is 3 minutes from the Steamboat Gondola, the rental itself is gorgeous and has everything you need. Highly recommend!

Great location

We had a really nice time in Steamboat visiting family. The condo was perfectly located. There were 5 of us -- including our adult children and there was plenty of space for us. Having 3 bathrooms was really helpful. The kitchen was well stocked. The unit could use some TLC but certainly acceptable.

Very nice, comfortable condo. Great location. There were some maintenance issues that could/should have been taken care of before arrival (e.g., one of the living room shades broken). There were only two wine glasses for a seven-person condo.

Location is Amazing

We loved the condo and location. Somewhere in the description it said there were 2 king beds, which we really could have used. You only get 1 parking pass with no option of purchasing another so we were told we could park at the Walmart overnight which is not very close by. And made it very difficult to do anything away from the condo.

Great Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in our cozy condo. The ski valet and location to the slopes was incredible. Truly ski in and ski out possibilities from stampede. The accommodations were well equipped, clean, cozy and everyone was very nice. We did a mid-week cleaning service which supplied us with some missing cleaning necessities such as garbage bags. My only complaint is that the blender didn’t work well. The plum market was so convienent. Overall, we enjoyed all of the amenities including the speaker, TVs, beds, decor, fireplace, couches, and views from the condo were gorgeous. We used the hot tub several times as well. The hot tub and bathroom needed maintenance once the whole week. We had a great stay and would hands down stay again.

Love the Dulany

Great location. This unit is on the ground floor so that's especially convenient. It's about a 50 yard walk to the lift area. The Wild Plum Grocery is also just across the parking lot and on the opposite street corner. There were a few light bulbs and ceiling fans which didn't work but otherwise this place is superb. Master bedroom with king size bed is great. Second bedroom has a queen (or full?). The "third bedroom" has two twin beds but I would have preferred that bedroom have had a bunk bed plus a full or other better bed situation. No one wanted to sleep on the pullout couch, but someone got the short straw. Two adults, and five tweens/teens and we were ok, with one teen on the couch. Highly recommended. Retreatia was a fine host.

Great location

This condo is a GREAT location. So close to the Gondola and can even ski in. We had some issues with one of the showers not working for our entire stay. It was missing a part and instead of Retreatia warning us about it before our arrival we actually had to call them. They compensated us but less than we expected for this level of inconvenience. One of the shared hot tubs on the property was cold every day. One day it heated it up by the time we left but never got quite as hot as the other one. We also had an issue with scheduling the bus and a couple of rude drivers. Despite all of these things the condo is nice and the location alone is worth the stay. We all said we would go back.

Dulaney 206 Labor Day 2019

We rented this property for the Steamboat Stage Race. We enjoyed the property and had a great time. The condo has nice space, great entry way which is convenient and beautiful hardwood floors. Only complaint is the king master shower needs to be checked out. It takes a very long time to heat up and once it does it's hard to control. It's either scalding or cold. Hard to find happy medium. Other showers were fine. Also odd that the AC units had hoses and buckets sitting in living area and main bedroom. We contacted property management after hours about shower concern and they were quick to respond. Our complaints are very minor and would not stop us from requesting the property again.

Great location in Steamboat

The place is in a fantastic location on Steamboat mountain, lots of space, and was very clean. We had a few issues while we were there, one of the showers didn’t work and we didn’t know until the last morning as we had used the other showers until that morning. Additionally, we specifically paid more for this location over other choices for the availability of air conditioning. My son can’t sleep with the windows open due to his allergies, so we paid more for that. Unfortunately, none of the AC units were working properly. We didn’t know this until after the office had closed for the day when we had checked in, so called first thing the next morning and they sent someone right away. He looked at it for about 1 minute, took pictures and said he would have to call an appliance guy who most likely would not be there until after our trip was over. Frustrating that we paid extra for that and couldn’t use it and it was quite hot all weekend. No other options were provided to us except to wait for the appliance person. If they fixed the AC units, I would definitely stay here again.

So convenient

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo with a fireplace, comfortable leather couches, fully equipped kitchen. Hot tub and outdoor fire pit within steps as well as steps to the Gondola. The free shuttle was great! Would stay here again! Check in after hours did require our shuttle to stop at their office lockbox and company did not return call when had a problem with shower which we figured out. But, overall, excellent.
