Ons veblijf was super. Prachtige streek. Zeer gastvrij ontvangen. De chalet was wat verouderd maar proper en goed uitgerust. Een aanrader voor mensen die van rust en de natuur houden.

Es könnte paradiesich sein ......

Wir haben schon viele Ferienhäuser gemietet und deshalb auch viele Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus selbst, die tolle Landschaft, die beiden Eigentümerinnen, die freundlichen Nachbarn, die Ausstattung - alles hat mindestens die Note "2" verdient. Nur einen Haken muss man ehrlicherweise erwähnen: Besonders an Wochenenden gibt es zahlreiche Motorrad- und Autofahrer, die Spaß daran haben, mit maximaler Beschleunigung und Lautstärke die wunderschöne Umgebung zu malträtieren. Leider liegt die Landstraße 20 Meter vor dem Haus.

calme et nature

au coeur des cévennes , pour être tranquille sur place et aussi naviguer dans toutes les directions pour des tas de découvertes très agréables sur le plan sportif, culturel et environnemental, même si les routes sont très sinueuses dans le coin.

Fijn huis met ruime kamers, veel schaduw door ligging en hoge dennen bomen. Ruime kavel met parkeergelegenheid. Compleet ingericht ,met HDTV met satelliet ontvangst, fijne badkamer met douche volledig geoutilleerde keuken met vaatwasser, koelkast, magnetron, oven. Goed 2- persoons bed. Heel aardige en behulpzame eigenaren (en buren), Prachtige omgeving.

Comfortable, well equipped chalet short walk to a well-stocked epicerie in an impressive location

We enjoyed our stay very much, having been welcomed by its owners and shown where everything was. It was well-equipped, clean and comfortable. You can't get far quickly in the Cevennes! Lots of windy, narrow roads and mountains, but Le Pompidou was well located to get around to most of the places on our to visit list. The scenery is impressive and the history fascinating. It was great walking through the chestnut forests when the chestnuts were falling (we did eat a lot) though never quite sussed out the Chasse presence - even Tourist Information in Florac were unsure! Fortunately we didn't clash. We kept tripping over RL Stevenson on GR70 so I ended up reading Travels with a Donkey in the Cevennes -in the Cevennes! Indifferent to it at school, but enjoyed it a lot in context. Much amused by the fact that the relevant leaflet details the very many accommodations that welcome donkeys! The nearby Gorge du Tarn is jaw dropping.

Notre semaine de vacances au chalet Gré au village Le Pompidou du 4 au 11 juillet 2016

La semaine particulièrement ensoleillée nous a permis de découvrir les paysages grandioses et insolites des Cévennes. Le Pompidou, Barre des Cévennes, Meyrues, Florac, Saint André de Valborgne sont des villes et villages à découvrir au cours de balades pédestres sur les sentiers très fleuris et odorants. Le panorama au Mont Aigoual est superbe !!!. L'abîme de Bramabiau, la grotte de Dargilan, la ferme caussenarde méritent le détour. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce chalet spacieux, calme et remercions les propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux, leurs délicates attentions et les bonnes adresses pour les restaurants et le pélardon.

bon séjour au Chalet Gré !

Très bon accueil à notre arrivée au gîte. Nous étions attendus par les propriétaires sympathiques qui prennent le temps d'échanger, conseiller, renseigner. Le gîte: propre, lumineux où il fait bon vivre. Espaces, équipements conformes aux descriptions. Les proches voisins, les villageois sont très ouverts, agréables. Balades, randonnées pédestres, circuits en voiture permettent la découverte de beaux paysages, nombreux hameaux, sites divers, (de Florac à Anduze, Corniche des Cévennes et Vallée Française, Mont Aigoual). Je recommande ce gîte situé dans un village calme, actif et une région très intéressante à parcourir, visiter, découvrir !
