006 Besos salados: 2600 pies cuadrados de felicidad en las arenas principales frente al golfo de la isla Dauphin. Esta casa de cuatro dormitorios, cuatro y medio baños se completó en junio de 2018. Con vistas al Golfo de México desde cada habitación, incluyendo tres master suites con vestidores y camas dobles en el cuarto dormitorio, esta casa tiene capacidad para 10 personas. La sala de estar cuenta con TV de pantalla plana de 60 pulgadas y chimenea de gas LP. El plano de planta abierto también cuenta con una vista del agua a través de las puertas francesas de la sala que conduce a la cubierta del lado del golfo cubierta y protegida. Sala de estar separada en el piso superior con TV adicional. Servicios de la casa wifi y cable, reproductor de DVD y estacionamiento y escalera cubierta debajo de la casa. Cocina completamente equipada con encimeras de cuarcita, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, horno doble, cajón de microondas, cocina eléctrica sólida de 5 quemadores. Coffee bar ofrece cafeteras Keurig y goteo. Lavadora / secadora de capacidad Lg en el lavadero. Ducha al aire libre con energía solar. Sin mascotas. Cargos adicionales: tarifa de limpieza, impuesto de hospedaje del 11%, tarifa de reserva no reembolsable y exención de daños. Sand, salt, & serenity

Salty Kisses is a fantastic place for a family to make beach beautiful memories! Clean, spacious, and close to the Gulf (75-100 yards) it lives up to its billing as a great property. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked for cooking, making it easy to simply "be at the beach". The ample outside decks provide great views for dolphin watching and star gazing (added bonus for us on July 4 was the perfect view of the fireworks show!) without feeling cramped. Property management was on point and responsive to any needs. This rental earned every star I could give it!

Perfect Set up

We had a wonderful stay! We traveled with 6 adults and 3 small children, the set up of the house was perfect. The upstairs work amazing for the 2 sets of parents and the kids staying in the middle room. The pool was the perfect size and our kids loved it. The beach was great and sand was perfect for playing in. Would stay here again. With having little kids I wish there were plastic plates/bowls of some sort. we brought our own beach toys and such, there were not a lot there which was not a problem, just good to know.

The beach is your backyard

Great house with great location and amenities. We had a small problem with pool algae but pool service came within an hour and fixed it all up! Will stay here again for sure. Only improvement would be a propane grill!

The owner and management company did not miss a thing with this rental. It is as described and fully stocked. Huge deck area to enjoy the ocean and pool. We all enjoyed spending our week at Salty Kisses and you will too!

Beach Trip 2022 - Dauphin Island

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the location was great. With the rip tides being so bad this year it was great to have a pool. This was an added surprise.

Family vacation

This was our third stay at this property, and it's gotten even better with time. Such a special place that's easy for everyone from young children to older adults to enjoy. We love this house and Dauphin Island.

Stay in Dauphin Island

We had a great stay the Salty Kisses unit in Dauphin Island. The house was very well stocked and even better than advertised. The new pool was a great feature to accompany the beach. Although a couple minor issues came up, the management company was quick to respond and made the experience very easy.

Beautiful home, property and location.

Really nice waterfront home on beautiful beach. Few minor annoyances - some cockroaches, annoying alarms on patio doors, no grill. Would stay there again at the right price for sure however.

Beach vacation

Lovely time in Dauphin Island at this beautiful rental. House is perfect for large families or friend groups, as it has separate bathrooms and for each bedroom and the porch is huge, welcoming and can hold 10+ people at at time comfortably. Close proximity to beach, and directly on the water.

Salty Kisses

This property is BEAUTIFUL and has so many great amenities! It is right on the beach. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you should need to cook while you're there. It is very spacious and clean. We had a few minor issues that we reported to property management and trust those will be taken care of before the next vacationers check in. This was our first time on Dauphin Island - we usually stay in Gulf Shores - and we loved the change of pace! Very quiet and laid-back. The only thing we had to get used to was how early everything closes and not to miss that last ferry back to the island if you spend some time over in Gulf Shores!! (That 2 1/2 drive around to come back via Mobile and the causeway sucks!)

Escape from Michigan Stay at Home 2020! 15 hours to perfection in Dauphin Island

After Alabama made their reopening announcements at the end of April for business and rentals, we pulled the trigger on getting out of the house in West Michigan and drove through the night on May 4-5 and even checked in early (not normal) at 2pm, one hour early. The home is perfect and our family (me, wife, three daughters aged 16, 14, 11) love it - everyone has their own space and the open floor plan when gathering to eat and at night to chill was excellent. Overall this was our first time to Dauphin Island and we were very impressed and hope to return, and hopefully this home again!

PARADISE!

We stumbled upon the listing while doing a quick search for any beachfront property to save a busted vacation amidst COVID-19. We made a rash decision late one night, booked the house (never even knowing what Dauphin Island was), got in the car the next morning and drove down. WOW! ACP rentals were phenomenal to work with, prompt with their responses to our questions and ensured us that we wouldn't want to leave this house. They were correct! The house feels like its on a private island. Decorated like an elegant dream beach house. I have no idea how they could get it so spotless between guests renting week after week. There was no detail missed! We loved it so much, we extended our stay several days and rebooked to return! We loved that the island isn't commercialized. Amanda with ACP couldn't have been more courteous and professional to work with! 💙

I have never been at a house that has such a beautiful and expansive view of the ocean. Waking up every morning and looking at the view from every possible angle was so peaceful. First visit to Dauphin Island

Our family likes a beach that's not crowded. The home we've used for the past several years has still not recovered from Hurricane Michael so we had to search for a new one. This home was lovely in every way possible. Great layout and furnishings and close to the beach. The grandkids want to move there!
