Villa Pinheira II, two bedrooms and sea view This house is new and built to the latest comfort standards. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with panoramic sea views Villa Pinheira III is prepared to receive up to 4 guests, making it an ideal option for families visiting the island of Madeira. With a welcoming decor that invites guests to feel at home, it has a living and dining room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with private bathrooms and a fabulous outdoor dining area where you can relax. In this sophisticated vacation home you will find amenities such as Smart TV, WiFi, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and more... Outside relax on the sun loungers or take a dip in the heated pool and enjoy delicious grilled meat and fish on the barbecue. Guest access This Villa is located in a calm and central area A 10-minute drive from the beach and Marina of Calheta and Vila da Ponta do Sol. A short drive away, you can also reach the top of Paul da Serra or do some hiking. Restaurants and bars within easy reach. The house has a spacious open-plan kitchen and living room measuring approximately 40 m2. Here you will find simultaneously the large kitchen, reading area and TV area. All on one floor, there are two bedrooms, all with sea views. Two bathrooms, both with large shower. Outdoor area with lots of sun exposure Green surroundings and panoramic views over the Estreito da Calheta. Very good sun exposure. Casa da Pinheira sits on a hillside overlooking the pretty village of Estreito da Calheta, in southwest Madeira. This stretch of coast, known as the, has some of the most beautiful views in Madeira and as such is quickly becoming the place to live and holiday for the most discerning. The house is self-contained and set in well-kept gardens with terraces for alfresco dining and sunbathing. It also has a barbecue area. Inside the house offers spacious accommodation and is furnished to a high contemporary standard. The main bedroom has a double bed and a large bathroom. The other bedroom has two single beds. Both bathrooms have showers. The large open-plan living area has a sofa, cable TV, DVD, video and CD player and a dining table. For the winter months there are oil radiators for the bedrooms. The kitchen has large cabinets with granite countertops, electric oven and hob, microwave and washing machine. There is Wi-Fi available. Parking directly at the house It is also about 5 km from Jardim do Mar, where surfing is practiced. We are just 40 km from Funchal Marina, 55 km from the airport, 4.5 km from Praia da Calheta. Arranging a rental car is recommended. Please note that this is a non-smoking house. Cleaning, bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. Eine tolle Ferienwohnung. Gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber und mit tollem Blick auf' s Meer. Jorge ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber und jederzeit ansprechbar fĂŒr ExtrawĂŒnsche. Besondere Empfehlung ist die Pukiki-Cocktailbar in ca. 300m Entfernung. Beim nĂ€chsten Madeira-Aufenthalt ist diese Unterkunft wieder erste Wahl.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Tolle Lage mit grandiosem Ausblick auf den Atlantik. Wir waren im April dort und hatten tolles Wetter. Vor allem nicht zu heiß. Restaurants und SupermĂ€rkte in der NĂ€he mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Eine kleine Tikki Bar fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen die leckeren Cocktails zu versuchen. Jorge, unser Vermieter ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. PS: ohne Leiwagen geht es nicht 😀

Der Ausblick ist so traumhaft und das Haus lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Wir konnten den Urlaub von der ersten Minute an genießen. Schön war auch, dass viele Dinge vorhanden waren wie z.B. Exceptional villa, very comfortable and well equiped with plenty of dishes, cutlery and pans. Everything just spotless on our arrival. Lovely sunny sea-facing terrace with comfortable garden chairs and table. Jorge very good during booking process to confirm information and arranged to meet us at nearby bar as villa location isn't immediately obvious. The welcome gift of madeira wine and local cake was a nice touch.

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour Ă  MadĂšre, la maison moderne, trĂšs propre, possĂ©dant tout le confort nĂ©cessaire (linge de maison, TV connectĂ©e, cuisine toute Ă©quipĂ©e, 2 salles de douche, 2 grandes chambres avec rangements, barbecue). La vue depuis la terrasse est sublime, 4 transats pour profiter de l'exposition sud, et une grande table pour prendre les repas / petits dĂ©jeuner dehors. La maison est idĂ©alement situĂ©e, dans une ruelle calme surplombant l'ocĂ©an, 45min d'aĂ©roport, 30 min de Funchal, et moins d'une heure de tous les points d'intĂ©rĂȘts (villes, piscines naturelles, randos, ect...). Enfin, Jorge et CĂ©leste sont trĂšs accueillants et trĂšs rĂ©actifs et agrĂ©ables. Mention spĂ©ciale pour les petits prĂ©sents de bienvenue. 6 Ă©toiles si c'Ă©tait possible.

Villa is just outstanding, high quality and picture perfect views. The location was great for reaching every part of the island. We actually loved the Villa and our holiday experience in Madeira so much that we have already booked to return next year! We had our little 2 year old daughter with us too and nothing was too much trouble for Dream holidays team. We had everything we needed on arrival and a very warm welcome too. We stayed 4 weeks. We know Madeira very well and we have been lived already for years every year 4 weeks on the ile. We love its climat and the scenery is magnificent with flowers and plant growth. Besides live is uncomplicated and we like to live some period moved away from the soares on the continent. The house is simpel and well constructed. The house has elegant furnishings and the kitchen is well equiped with modern machinery. It was our first stay in this house and we booked again for autumn 2019 4 weeks.
