Kylpyhuoneissa:

Päätasolla on puoli kylpyamme, yläkerran eteinen kylpyhuone sekä ylähuoneeseen kiinnitetty isäntä-kylpyhuone, myös yläkerrassa.

Yläkerrassa on kolme makuuhuonetta:

1). Kuuvarjohuone: Tämä on makuuhuone kylpyhuoneella ja king-size-vuode talon etupuolella. Huoneessa on kaapeli-TV / DVD-soitin rentoutuaksesi parhaan ystäväsi kanssa.

2). Auringonnousun huone: Tässä huoneessa on queen-vuode ja saadaan parhaat auringonnousut! Kaapeli-TV / DVD-soitin myös tässä huoneessa.

3). Keskiyön Rendezvous-huone: Tässä makuuhuoneessa on kerrossänky. Alaosassa oleva parivuode / täysi voi nukkua kaksi, ja yläosassa on parivuode. Sisältää hyllyn kirjoilla, leluilla ja peleillä.

Pelihuoneen alakerrassa on kerrossänky, jossa on kaksi kokoa patjoilla.

Talo voi nukkua 9 vierasta sängyssä, ja siellä on pari ilmapatjaa ja makuualusta, jos ryhmässäsi on vielä pari muuta ihmistä, jotka ovat mukavia ollamatta "oikeassa" sängyssä.

Amazing Place and Great Hosts

This is a really charming house, it is fully equipped and really spacious, the location is perfect as you have the tubing park in a walking distance, downtown is a little bit further away but still really close. It is located close to other houses but as far as you would like to :) The attention from Anna was the best, she always responded to my questions and helped my family’s and my stay to be Amazing. The kiddos in my family had a blast in the game room as well as outside in the snow. I really really recommend this house and the hosts. Thank you much it was great.

Great family get away!!

We had a great winter family get away at this property! Close to downtown Leavenworth and walking distance to the ski and tubing hill! The house had everything we needed to make for an enjoyable stay!! We even discovered that our 10 year old enjoys playing the piano!! We would definitely stay here again!!

Loved this beautiful, well maintained and spacious home, especially the game room. Perfect location close to town. Easy to contact Anna the owner who was gracious and accommodating. The holiday decorations were a nice touch. Really can't say enough good things about our stay here. Thanks for a wonderful mini vacation.

Fantastic fun place to stay.

Had a great time spending Thanksgiving at this house. It was beautifully decorated for holidays and and felt like home. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. We played lots of darts, ping pong and fuse ball. The hot tub was great for cold evenings. Spent one day hiking all around Ski Hill which is just a short walk up the road. Check-in was super easy and the kind host helped us out with a bit of car trouble when we checked out. Highly recommend staying here.

Great family trip

We stayed here with 4 adult couples and an infant. House was clean, kitchen had what we needed and the hot tub was very nice. The owner was even gracious enough to let us arrive a little early. We had a fun trip and would definitely stay here again.

Leavenworth Retreat

The house fit the bill for our family vacation. Plenty of space to spread out. The location was good. It's a bit of a walk into town, especially the uphill return when it is 85 degrees. But no problem for the walking contingent of the family. For others, the car was preferred. We really enjoyed the flock of wild turkeys that walked through the back yard every morning while having coffee on the patio. The uneven lighting above the ping pong table was used as an excuse during some hotly contested ping pong games. But it didn't bother me, they were just sore losers.

Fantastic place close to town.

Great place for our two families to stay. Awesome gazebo frame/lighting over table in back to eat at and hang out. Hot tub. Great kitchen and fun game room. Excellent air conditioning. Super close to town and extremely close to one of the venues for the Leavenworth Summer Theater.

Great Girls Weekend

We enjoyed our stay this past weekend for my bachelorette party. We wanted to find somewhere with enough room for us 8 girls to feel together but also have space to get away. We had requested an early check in but unfortunately we got there and the cleaning crew said they would be another 30+ minutes. Luckily they let us put our food in the fridge so it wouldn't go bad. The hot tub and outdoor area was amazing just wish there was a lounge chair or two in the back for sun bathing. The inside was fully stocked with all the kitchen appliances you need as well as ample towels for all the girls. The stairs were a little sketchy because there are carpet pieces stapled to the wood stairs that were all falling off and made for some scary situations walking up and down in heels (especially with the brick at the bottom). Also a staple in your bare foot is definitely not ideal - we ended up wearing slippers in the house to avoid getting poked. The upstairs rooms all had personal AC units in the closet which is great for how hot it gets in the summer. There is a house right next door that seem to be the property owners which was okay at the beginning of the weekend since they didn't seem to be home, however the last two nights we heard them and it made it awkward to play any music or play games outside without them hearing what you are saying. With how close this property was to town it is perfect for family or friends looking to get away.

Great location, comfortable beds, great kitchen, lots of room for everyone.

Every year we take a family trip with seven adults and two kids to a snowy location. We were not disappointed! Leavenworth had tons of it! The house we rented was perfect! Lots of room for all of us. Cozy fireplaces, fully stocked kitchen. Everything was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great gathering place!

Rec room, hot tub, sledding hill out the front door, great assortment of dvds and children's books, and still have room to spread out on comfortable sofas and have some privacy. Nice assortment of kitchenware and array of spices available for use. Had to experiment to figure out all the light switches. Owner packages delivered during our stay. Overall, a fun family memory.

This house was so fun. The front yard has s nice slope for sledding and the house has lots of space to play... we never had to leave, the kids were very entertained. Of course that didn’t stop us from walking into town... about 20 minutes every day.

Our family rented this house for the weekend to celebrate an anniversary and a couple birthdays and to watch the Christmas lighting in town. The house was perfect, clean , all the amenities a family needs, will rent again in the future. Highly recommend!

Great Family Home

Great configuration for larger families with three congregation areas with ample seating. This allowed everyone space to do as they wished but still be part of the gathering. The game room was a real plus for all and the areas large enough for our party of eight to gather to play games. A large selection of videos, games and books was available. Also, the open plan allowed for the "cook in the kitchen" to be a part of the activities! We usually stay in town every year but enjoyed the quiet and being out of the hustle. It was a quick one mile walk to town (which we shared with a flock of 15 wild turkeys). Summer would be a good time to enjoy this house also. Would recommend!

Great house for a girls getaway weekend!!

The house was perfect for our group of 6, we actually could have brought more ladies along with all the available beds. The house was clean, beds and bedding were comfortable, lots of extra towels and even toiletries. The kitchen was spacious and stocked with all that we needed. The house was easy to find and close to town and we were even able to get into the house a few hours early. I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic remodeled home that can sleep a lot of people! Super close to downtown to enjoy the town

Stayed here for two nights with a group of my girlfriends for a girls weekend. This home could sleep all of us comfortably and the home was super updated with nice furniture. We cooked a few meals here and everything we could possibly need to cook was stocked in the kitchen. The game room was a super fun place to hang out and play games and there were hundreds of dvd movies if you wanted to have a relaxing night. The hottub was also super great to have in the evening. We loved staying here and since downtown Leavenworth is less than a 5 minutes drive we could go back and forth super easily! I would highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Leavenworh.

Peaceful and Poetic...

We loved out time at Sunrise Vista! It was perfect for our family. Clean, comfortable and relaxing space to enjoy and unwind after hiking, playing at the river and walking jaunts into town. We even walked to the outdoor theater for a delightful performance of Sound of Music! The hosts were fabulous, kind and helpful but not intrusive, so wanting us to enjoy our stay. We are planning to book again in the fall when my parents come up from Texas. This home is a great value for families. Looking forward to our next visit!

My husband Brian and I and our four children (who range in age from 8-13) have always loved the Leavenworth area and were finally able to move here full-time in Summer 2018. Leavenworth has always been our first choice for recreation and adventure in the mountains and to retreat from the noise and bustle of the city. We enjoy cycling, hiking and backpacking, and being able to return to town afterwards to relax and enjoy delicious food! The kids like downhill and cross-country skiing and sledding in the winter. They also enjoy digging holes, making cities out of leaves, sticks, and logs, with pinecone inhabitants, and jumping off of things.

The year before purchasing Sunrise Vista, we bought an amazing log cabin in the Ski Hill neighborhood (VRBO listing #:1152432 - The Leavenworth Lookout). It was our first venture into Leavenworth real estate and we discovered that year just how much we enjoy this particular neighborhood and the experience of being able to host and welcome visitors to Leavenworth. So when the opportunity came up to purchase this beautiful brick home that we'd been admiring at the end of the cabin's driveway, just down the hill, we couldn't resist adding a second vacation rental to the collection!

This home is special in that it is a comfortable, well-appointed property with a hot tub and game room as well as both a living room and family room, with plenty of space around it, yet it is easily accessible and is a short, easy walk into town OR up into the woods and mountain to the north. It's perfectly situated between all the fun happenings in downtown Leavenworth and the wild mountains surrounding it. You can take the car. Or not! Or stay home and listen to the birds chirping and watch the turkeys in the yard! Lots of options!
