Dit moderne huis in Scottsdale werd volledig gerenoveerd in 2017 met alleen de beste afwerkingen. Luxe voorzieningen zijn onder andere een privézwembad, een spa aan het zwembad en een vuurplaats buiten.

Gelegen in de buurt van de gewilde gebieden Kierland en Paradise Valley, bent u enkele minuten verwijderd van eersteklas restaurants, bars en de prachtige buitenwinkels in Kierland Commons en Scottsdale Quarter. TPC Scottsdale Stadium Golf Course ligt net op de weg, waar PGA's Phoenix Open jaarlijks wordt gehouden.

De keuken is volledig vernieuwd en is volledig uitgerust met alles wat u nodig hebt om maaltijden te bereiden. Elke slaapkamer heeft een flatscreen-tv, nachtkastjes en veel verlichting. De grote grote kamer naast de keuken heeft een 55-inch HDTV, een uittrekbare bank en zitplaatsen voor acht.

De achtertuin is zeer ruim en beschikt over een mooie ruime patio en een groot grasveld met bestratingsterras uitbreiding met meer stoelen, vuurplaats, gas-BBQ en buiten tafel en stoelen. Het huis heeft ook gratis WiFi, een stand-up video-arcade en een tafelvoetbaltafel voor toernooien.

Het zwembad en de spa in het zwembad kunnen op verzoek worden verwarmd! Vijf dagen van tevoren is vereist en de kosten voor zwembadverwarming moeten vóór het inchecken worden betaald.

Guest Entry Instructions: Deze verhuur maakt gebruik van een E-lock, een digitaal slot dat een unieke code vereist om in te voeren. Deze code wordt opnieuw ingesteld na het verblijf van elke gast.

We had a great vacation at this house, the backyard is awesome! We did have a small hiccup, we lost power in the primary bedroom for a day/night so it was pretty warm sleeping that night. Thankfully it was temporarily fixed the next day. I would definitely stay at this house again!

Really enjoyed this house and especially the backyard. We had problem with the electricity going out in the master bedroom but had power temporarily the next day. Would definitely stay at this house again.

Family Getaway

We certainly enjoyed our stay at this great property. It was clean and well equipped to handle our family. Lots to enjoy. My only sadness was the pool. We paid a lot to have it heated and it was cold when we arrived. They did get the heat going for us but the hot tub never got hot enough to really relax and enjoy and the pool heat only ran at night and it cooled off during the day. Perhaps if the weather outside would have been warmer then it would have been great but we still found both the hot tubs be the pool a little to cool to enjoy.Other than that a great experience.

We enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale. The house was very clean and the back yard was very nice and peaceful. It was close to Kierland Commons and the Marriott which we went to for a week conference. There were lots of close shops and restaurants and also a movie theater which worked well on Halloween. We most definitely would stay again. Thanks N and J

Villa Tranquila

My friends and i enjoyed this home immensely. The inside of the home is clean and spacious, plenty of room for the four of us. The outdoor living space is paradise and is just as gorgeous as the photos. How to heat the pool/spa and turn on the fire features was not entirely clear but we managed. There are floaties in the shed by the putting green, dusty but useable. The ice maker in the fridge did have a challenge keeping up with us with the heatwave while there. There are all kids of appliances, dishes and utensils for cooking. Plenty of towels for the pool and bathing. There were box fans in each room as well as the ceiling fan for anyone that was hot or need to sleep with the fan on. It was an excellent trip with an excellent stay.

Second time staying at this location. Great house with many amenities for all ages. Good safe location and many restaurants and shopping choices close by. Pool was well maintained. Contacted Vacasa for multiple issues that needed addressing. No response received from local management team. Found this disappointing as this is such a nice home.

Clean and Fun Property

The house was overall very clean. There was plenty of entertainment inside and outside the house. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of privacy. The backyard was beautiful with plenty of entertainment space and pool floats. The pool was the perfect temperature in June.

We didn't want to leave.

Absolutely amazing stay! The location is perfect, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood in Scottsdale. The home is immaculate and had everything we needed to never want to leave. It’s big, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to feel right at home. We loved cooking in the large kitchen and BBQing, and with fans in every room, it was a dreamy place to relax. The ledge in the pool was perfect for our toodler. Highly recommend this gem for a perfect family getaway!

Perfect Backyard Oasis

Both the adults and kids really enjoyed our stay! We didn’t leave that backyard except to sleep. We were swimming, hot tubbing, putting, ate meals out there, and enjoyed the fire/lounge area each night & morning. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. We were 10-15 min from groceries, restaurants, hiking, etc. so the location was super convenient. My only negative feedback is around check in and heating the pool. Our flight arrived super early, so we reached out midday to see if the place would be ready early. We received an automated response that we would receive a text when the place was ready. We never received a text so we went to the house at 4pm at check-in, no earlier. I wish we would have received the text when it was actually ready. Even an hour early would have been nice. Cost to heat the pool was really significant, but we decided to do it so the kids could enjoy the water regardless of temperatures. We were told it takes five days to heat the pool and that there were guests staying on site checking out the day before we were checking in. If that’s true, the guests before and after us enjoyed the pool heat at our expense. Additionally, we don’t think the pool heat was actually working. The hot tub worked and overflows to the pool. That’s where the heat was coming from. Other than that, no complaints. Would definitely recommend others stay here!

Fine but not great

Beware - if you want to use the heat the pool or use hot tub, you need to give them several days advance notice, which is in the fine print. Customer service is outsourced to what seems like a call center and while the agents try, they are not very helpful. Overall, meh. Property was technically clean, but it did not have a clean feeling.

Wonderful!

This place was above and beyond what we expected. The beds were all so comfy, house super clean and well appointed. Lots of little perks like games, floaties, outdoor fridge, well labeled remote controls and light switches throughout. Kitchen had a great inventory of pots/ pans/ cooking utensils. Good spice selection. Outdoor space was great. Couldnt ask for much more. Heated pool and hottub worked seamlessly, this was important to us as we were visiting from Canada to warm up. Thanks for a lovely stay! Would come back and recommend.
