Gorgeous Renovated Oceanfront Las Palomas 2 Bedroom - Sleep Hearing the Waves!

This condo is in the Coronado building, 3rd floor, of Las Palomas Phase II. The moment you open the door and see the brilliant blue Sea of Cortez you will know you made a great booking choice! The kitchen, dining area, great room and master bedroom all have direct ocean views.

Our comfortable beach condo has been recently renovated (2023) and smartly decorated and maintained from top to bottom with attention to detail for your enjoyment and repeat visits. The fully equipped, spacious kitchen boasts granite counter tops, cuisinart cookware, and new stainless steel appliances that include and icemaker and RO system. There is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The spa-like bathrooms (two) have floor to ceiling marble and inlaid travertine with walk in showers. The master bathroom has a separate walk in shower plus a large and relaxing soaking tub.

Both bedrooms have wall mounted TVs. The bedrooms have Pottery Barn furniture and high quality pillow top mattresses. The master has a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the leather sofa has a queen size pull out mattress. A tankless water heater was installed with high pressure speakman brand shower heads in both bathrooms. Now everyone can take a luxurious shower as long as they want with no worry of running out of hot water!

This spacious condo is just under 1800 square feet including the deck. The great room overlooking the Sea of Cortez is where you and your family will enjoy the comfortable leather furniture and wall mounted flat screen TV with US channels. The deck overlooking the sea and courtyard is 313 sq. feet with high quality patio furniture. It is great spot to take in the incredible sunset or having your morning coffee while seeing dolphins surface or dining alfresco. Bring your binoculars!

The resort area has multiple pools, some with negative edge waterfalls, jacuzzis, swim up bars and kiddie pools. Other courtyard amenities include Italian lounge chairs with sun shades, free beach towel rentals, a lazy river, and shady ramadas to dine under while enjoying casual meals or weekend dinner buffets from the on-site restaurants. The courtyard overlooks the beach and sea where you have a choice of many activities such as jet ski or banana boat rentals, snorkeling, kayaking, deep sea fishing, or parasailing. Enjoy strolling on the groomed and pristine sandy beach that stretches for miles or lounging under the palapas on beach chairs finally reading 'that' book while having the wait staff serve your favorite beverage or lunch.

AMAZING stay!

I was thoroughly impressed with everything. The owner's communication leading up to the trip was top notch. She sent me an email with all of her favorite local spots and emergency numbers just in case. We didn't leave the resort during our stay, but I appreciated the detail that went in to making sure our stay was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. I came here with friends, but I definitely want to come back with my family. This room has a real nice sized patio and beautiful view. Thank you, Patti for your amazing hospitality!

Great Place to Stay

We stayed in this condo 5 years ago and they have done a lot of upgrades. Beds are so comfortable, everything is very clean, lots of kitchen items to cook with and the location was perfect. We would stay here again and again. The only issue we had is that we could not check in until well after 4pm. We tried at 3 and were told the room wasn't ready...We were never called to check in and had to go back at 4:30 and wait in line again to get in. This is not the owners fault, but stay on top of them if you go!

A wonderful place to escape

Thanks a million for the wonderful accommodations. We traveled with our kids (young adults now), ages 19 and 22 and we all had a great time. It accommodated the family nicely and the kitchen was very very well stocked. Thanks for the plastic cups to take down to the pool. The condo was everything and more. It was very well maintained and decor was very homey. The view was incredible. We didn't eat on site as the town and other restaurants were very close by and came highly recommended. I think it was cheaper too. The underground parking was very very nice, you never got into a hot vehicle. Thanks for sharing your home with us, we will be back!!

This condo was beautifully appointed with everything that we needed. Parking was easy. The views are spectacular! The master bathtub was gigantic and heavenly. I will definitely stay here again! Note* Watch your towels by the pool. We had three of the four towels we were given stolen from the lounge chairs. Not the owner of this VRBOs fault, just a tip!

This was our first time using VRBO, so we weren't sure what to expect. However, it is a wonderful condo. The owner obviously takes very good care of it. The appliances were high-end and clean. The view is as advertised. Only one minor quibble, the building management did not have it ready right at 4 PM, but I don't fault the owner for this. I messaged her, she responded immediately, and she called the building management immediately. We were in by 5 and were hanging out on the beach anyway. Of note, the management will allow you to check in and get your wristbands early, even if the room hasn't been cleaned yet. As such, you can use the parking area, the pools, and the beach prior to 4 PM.

This condo was spectacular! Plenty of room for 3 adults, wonderful lay out, fully stocked kitchen and stunning balcony with perfect ocean views. Extremely clean and the beds were super comfortable! Got to enjoy my morning coffee on the balcony and then watch the sunsets with margaritas! The resort staff was amazing! So helpful and friendly. Gorgeous beach! The perfect getaway for spring break with family and friends!

Patti's unit is amazing! It's immaculate, beautifully decorated and has every kitchen amenity you'll need for the perfect trip. The third floor unit overlooks the pool and has the most beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets on the large balcony. The unit is on the third floor, which makes it easy to take the stairs instead of waiting for the busy elevators. Will definitely book this beautiful unit again in the future!

Las Palomas is a truly restful place, only a few hours from the Phoenix or Tucson areas of Arizona. This is where we can truly unwind on our beach chairs under the palapas while wait staff brings us our shrimp tacos and ice cold beverages. This jewel by the sea remains, after so many years, our favorite place.

What makes this property unique

The massages on the beach with Rosa! The spectacular sunset and sea views from the condo and deck. Underground secured parking and 24 hour gated security with on site restaurants and room service all provide extra value and comfort.
