STUDIO MARINA : Location! Location! Location!

This inmacculate studio is at street level: park in front and walk right in the door. Enjoy the beautiful view of the marina and Tetakawi mountain. Our studio is located across from the malecon where the sunday farmers' market takes place, it is a short walk to various restaurants, the catholic church, the corner store, and Santo Valle supermarket. There is now a new drug store down the block at the Marinaterra Hotel.Our studio is turnkey, everything you need is there. There is internet throughout, and the two flat screen tv’s are smart: bring your Roku or your Fire stick and hook right up! There are three separate rooms: a huge bathroom with abundant shelving and a spacious shower, also a good sized bedroom with a queen bed and a wall of closets. The front room consists of the kitchen with bar seating, and a sitting area with a queen size sofa bed. There is a beautiful shade tree outside the front door, under which we have placed a comfortable bench where you can enjoy your morning coffee, or an evening drink, while contemplating the view and marvelous sunsets over Tetakawi. All utilities are included except electricity. If needed we can supply two bicycles.
