Newly created space with 14’ high ceilings, new kitchenette, large armoire, 3/4 bath with sliding doors leading directly to the swimming pool. 16 ft high stone walls surround inviting courtyard. Hot tub is available winter season only from 10 am to 10 pm.Enjoy inside as well as outside tables for dining and wood fueled BBQ grill. With mountains directly behind and 1/2 block from the Bay, enjoy the best of both worlds. This is a quiet neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The patio and pool were absolutely perfect, and the surrounding area was peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were incredibly easy to talk to, and the house manager was kind and accommodating, always available if we needed anything, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved it so much that we already made plans to return in October! Thank you, for sharing your amazing home with us—we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Tom and I are from Pinetop/Lakeside, AZ and we love San Carlos because of the laid back lifestyle. We enjoy hiking, cycling and kayaking.

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is very quiet and is also close to all San Carlos has to offer. We have a great hike just by the house that takes you to a rocky cove and from there to the Aquarium. The hike is featured on AllTrails. We are right on the bay, right across from San Carlos Marina. You can also walk to the Marina where there are several restaurants and bars. We have a local restaurant in our neighborhood called Esterito which is on a small estuary.

What makes this property unique

What I like about our property, and the studio apartment is that it is very private. You have the pool right outside the sliding glass door. And it is very quiet. The perfect get away. It also have beautiful views of the mountains behind the property as well as the bay and the marina.
