Located in The security Guard Gated Community of Caracol Peninsula is your private One Bedroom studio with fully equipped kitchen and bath facilities all facing the Spectacular Sea of Cortez, Teta Kawi Mountains, and San Carlos Yacht Harbor below. Your PRIVATE large sun deck featuring Bar B Que, InfraRed Sauna, Lace Hammock, and Splash pool with built-in tiled seating all designed to capture the magical sunrise and sunsets with truly breathless views is accessed by about 10 steps from the street level to a private upper courtyard and then about 15 steps down to the lower level suite . There is an upper-level courtyard enclosed deck with a Tuscan water fountain to enjoy during windy times. The Guest suite area has a private entrance and is located on the lower level of this local legendary home called, "SharDan's Villa De Amore" owned by World renowned Artist and Interior Designer, Sharie Hatchett Bohlmann and her Attorney husband, Danny. (see Google search for details).
Suite is available only for pre-qualified adults (limit two) no parties, children, or pets. This Private Romantic retreat is designed only for two!! An extensive collection of rare art and artifacts is featured throughout the suite and your stay includes a welcome bottle of wine and other beverages complimentary to enjoy anytime.
There is a great selection of games to play and books to read while enjoying your favorite beverages and snacks and the endless views!!

If you like postcard views, a gorgeous patio, and full amenities in paradise then I couldn’t recommend this place more! Robert is an outstanding host, and Danny and Sherri really made us feel like we were at home in paradise. My wife and I are looking forward to staying here again!

Stunning views of Tetakawi and a lovely patio to enjoy the boat traffic and sunsets. The patio has a small pool and sauna. The property is central with a gated area for security. Close to shopping and restaurants. The apartment kitchen was well stocked and host provided refreshments. Thanks for fun, relaxing stay

Amazing views from this romantic villa.

Just spent 8 days at this beautiful villa. Views were unbelievable and hosts extremely friendly and welcoming. We especiallly enjoyed the sauna which allowed spectacular sunrise and sunset viewing even with slightly chilly weather. We spent our days reading, playing board games, hiking and kayaking and of course enjoying all the delicious local restaurants. Soggy peso, sunset grill, Torguas, Colibiris and Captains Club were our favorites. We found it easy to shop and cook also. Felt very safe (gated community) and no problems driving down from Tucson other than learning to watch out for the speed bumps. Hosts live upstairs but gave us total space and privacy - they generously provided wine and other treats. Comfy and relaxing - doesn’t get much better than this.

Heather & Her guest were exceptional visitors in everyway. They relaxed and enjoyed all the wonderful elements of San Carlos, dining, hiking, kayaking, and just being in LOVE with the views!! We had a wonderful stay at SharDan! The views are fantastic and the hosts were so wonderful. We loved SanCarlos. Everyone was friendly, the beaches were beautiful and the restaurants were amazing. We are already planning our next visit.

The accommodation and the location were exceptional. The views from the private deck are unmatched in this area and we were able to relax in comfort in a visually impressive setting. We had some issues with home operation with the TV reception etc and we quickly resolved the problems to their satisfaction and with their guidance the Casa Villa was better then ever Thanks to Vicky & Eric's impeccable cleaning and oversight!!
