About this property

Best Views, Best Location In Town

This property is just like new! Come and enjoy your stay here at our second floor condo.. It is located within walking distance of anything you could need in San Carlos: convenience store, supermarket, restaurants and bars, beaches, the marina, and the catholic church. We just love the location and the views! There is a balcony with seating all along the front of the condo, with views of Tetakawi mountain and the marina. There is another in the back balcony off the master suite. The condo consists of a master bedroom with walk in closet and in suite bathroom, with a queen bed. The other bedroom contains two queen beds and a large closet.
The other full bathroom is located in the hallway. The living room has a 52 inch smart tv, we have strong high speed internet, and the kitchen is huge and completely turn key. Parking is on site and gated, and the washer and dryer are downstairs on the patio.. Just so you know, there are actually one and a half flights of stairs: 12 steps to a huge landing, 14 more to the top. The view of the sunsets over Tetakawi are spectacular!

Wonderful hosts, super property!

We had a blast staying in this property! It’s centrally located in the marina district with entertainment all around. The apartment is clean, well furnished, well-cooled and has a breezy balcony that we loved. Will certainly stay again. And you won’t find nicer, more accommodating hosts!

Center of San Carlos Marina District

This terraced apartment with mountain and sea views is close to walkable restaurants, shopping, and music. The apartment is clean and has two well appointed bedrooms. The internet works well and streaming TV and a comfortable living area to enjoy. I kayak here and had no problems with parking or kayak storage. The property managers are helpful and available. Enjoyable place to visit or stay in San Carlos.

San Carlos Marina

This 3rd floor unit is functional and utilitarian. The 30 steps to the top present a view of the marina which is obscured by the poles and wires and a parking lot which is used for dumping. The wind whistles, howls, and bangs up there. The location is wonderful for walking to restraunts, shops, and the used bookstore benefiting the animal shelter. There is plenty of music at all the restaurants which carries upstairs. There is a short walk to a beautiful beach (out the back, right down the alley, left to a low blue and white wall, down the stairs). The unit has everything you need to enjoy your stay in San Carlos.
