The elegant 2100+ sq. ft. private villa has all the comforts of home! The lovely features include a fully equipped contemporary kitchen which includes a breakfast bar area, a dining table, full size refrigerator, appliances such as coffee maker and microwave. A washer/dryer arejust off the kitchen area. The drinking water is completely filtered throughout the Villa Estancia complex.
 The terrace is fully furnished including a grill and wet bar while enjoying a delicious meal or cocktail after a day in the sun.  
The master suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, his and her sinks, a jacuzzi tub and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The guest suite provides two queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center and a full bath.
There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath just off the living room.

Building 1-enjoys views of the Land’s End rock formation while Building 3-offers early risers a peek of the beautiful morning sun rise. Building 2 directly overlooks the lush gardens and the sparkling Sea. This ideal location is only a short walk away from the town of Cabo San Lucas. You can either walk the beach, the sidewalks, hop in a taxi or water taxi.
