Bring the big family or make it a private getaway in this stunning two story located just 5 minutes from downtown Granbury but you feel like your in the country. Walk out the back door to your beautiful pool and spa then across the manicured lawn to the dock overlooking main body water. The spa can be heated during your stay for an extra fee, just mention it with your booking. The house is just a few minute boat ride to 2 restaurants located on Lake Granbury. This home provides 2 master bedrooms downstairs with king size beds and huge walk-in closets, portable crib also located downstairs. There are 2 bathrooms downstairs, bathroom #1 has a separate tub/shower, bathroom #2 has a shower only. Living room has a wall of windows so you can watch the kids from the house while you sit in front of the cozy fireplace enjoying your favorite show on a 60" TV. Our chef kitchen has everything you could possibly need to make any meal, basic spices and pantry staples such as olive oil, flour, sugar, corn starch etc. provided. Watch lake activity while your cooking out on the provided grill or enjoy family style dining inside. Upstairs the first room has a farmhouse chic queen bed with plush bedding, recliner and TV. Next upstairs bedroom is our enormous bunkroom that sleeps 10 ON BEDS! There is one large bathroom upstairs that both bedrooms share; separate tub and shower, 2 vanities with double sink and a separate potty closet. Both rooms upstairs have sliding doors that open to a huge deck with new outdoor sectional for watching the shooting stars, swimmers and boats on the lake. This home has 6 TVs all equipped with DirectTV; bedroom 1, bedroom 2, living room, kitchen, upstairs bedroom 3 & bunkroom. All bathrooms are stocked with adequate white towels and washcloths for renters use. Downstairs you will find board games, cards, dominoes, chess, checkers and tons of family games. Upstairs the kids will find a foosball table, Xbox, video games and kids toys. Outside there are pool toys, floats, pool noodles, footballs, basketballs, soccer balls & yard games. This family home welcomes you with inviting furniture and accessories with farmhouse style and lake house adventures!

The lake house location was amazing. The host was extremely sweet, kind and easy to communicate with. Unfortunately the gas grill was not working properly, the hot tub did not heat up and the outside furniture and patio were in desperate need of cleaning and updating. Luckily they had another grill, but we had to go purchase charcoal and lighter fluid in the middle of cooking burgers. We also purchased a broom to clean all the spider webs and wasps nest. But honestly, our stay was good because the place was so nice. I'm thinking Cynthia might just need new cleaning people and sheets. The price point was a high for all the cons, but I would come back, just better prepared. Thank you Cynthia for being so nice.

Honestly I have debated leaving a review because I don’t like to leaving harsh reviews. But I feel like I need to say something after numerous ladies in our group had something to say. While the house was great there were quite a few things that were gross and need to be stated. First off in walking into the house there were huge roaches/water bugs throughout the house. Several not just one or two. Along with ants. Most still living and scurrying across things. There was trash and clothes shoved under things we found by accident if someone dropped something and went to get it. Then the spider webs everywhere. I get it, however things were so covered in webs that looked like they had been there for decades. To be able to see to get to the pool in the dark you had to go upstairs and turn on lights that helped but once at the pool there were none. Upon arrival the pool was filled with leaves and you could absolutely tell it had not been cleaned in a while. The net had no net and I had to go buy one to clean the pool myself. There was one light that you had to go through so many webs and lord knows what to get to a pole turn on at the pool but the trees are so over grown the light did nothing. And forget going to the dock at night to fish because there was no lighting we could find at all. We did enjoy our stay but cleanliness was definitely an issue that made us all feel gross the whole time and constantly checking bags to make sure there were no roaches/bugs in them

Family fun at an awesome place!

Most importantly our 8 (yes 8) grandkids think we are great granny’s and papa’s and can’t wait for our yearly visit! We are already making plans for our next visit!

Great family getaway

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. We had read through the property description and reviews so there were no surprises. This is a great place to get away with the extended family. The Granbury square is a few minutes away and the view of the lake is fantastic!

Great Time Away

We absolutely loved our stay at Kynlee Shores! The house was beautiful and so peaceful. The pool was wonderful! We loved sitting on the dock watching the fish jump and the ducks and geese swim! Great location! We definitely plan to be back!

Great property for the whole family

The property is tucked away and right on the lake! Everything was very nice and great for the kids as we used the hot ton everyday as the pool was a little cold. Property manager was very communicative and we had a wonderful time.

Great Lake Property!

This was such a wonderful getaway for our family. The house was located very close to downtown Granbury. The pool was awesome and the house was very clean and comfortable. Communication with the owners was also outstanding!

Fantastic vacation spot!

We had a fabulous stay at this lake house. The home was well stocked with the essentials and we appreciated the responsiveness of the owner for any questions. The beds were all comfy and the home is in a quiet area making it feel secluded and relaxing. The shade from the trees by the pool was great during the hot weather and fishing was fun!

We rented this property for a two day family reunion. It was a very nice clean space where we could relax. The kitchen was nicely stalked with dishes and utensils. The pool was a nice size. The kids loved it.

Family weekend

Every year we pick a different place to have a family weekend wrloved the house especially the pool .now if you drive a big pickup it will be hard to get it in the driveway as it is very tight but
