About this property
Cabin on the water of Lake Malone
Relax on the lake 50 feet from the water. Use of your own private dock to swim, fish, or tie your boat up. Large yard for the kids to play. 3 bedrooms with enough room for 10 people. Covered and open decks off of the main house. Deck off of the master bedroom with a great view of the lake. Full kitchen with a gas grill. Extra refrigerator to cool off all of your beverages.Excellent fishing from the shore or dock. One kayak and one paddle board available for your use.

My family and I purchased this property 5 years ago. We have enjoyed countless weekends, fishing, swimming and relaxing at the lake house. We currently live in Whites Creek, just outside of Nashville. I am from Michigan and my wife grew up in Iowa.
Why they chose this property
My wife and I grew up with lake houses and wanted our children to have the same experiences. We wanted a place that was family friendly and within an hour and a half from Nashville.
What makes this property unique
Very quiet lake with a large a large yard for the kids. The house is within 2 miles from the boat ramp.
