nice little apartment of 30m2 + terrace situated between Cannes and Nice, 7km Airport. In this prestigious residence you will enjoy a stroll on the marina where you have all the shops and restaurants, also there is the garden, beaches and swimming pool (free).
the apartment is on the 8th, it consists of a room for 2 persons 140 bed, bathroom and separate toilet. The living room with its kitchen, fitted hob hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer.
The living room consists of a buffet with 82cm flat screen TV, table and sofa. On its terrace you can enjoy its garden furniture and table to take your meals. the apartment is air conditioned. you will also have access to its private parking in the basement.
