Esta pequeña villa encantadora ha sido construida recientemente en las llanuras de Marina, situada en una zona tranquila con hermosas vistas del campo y las montañas en el área de Pollensa, incluido el Monasterio Puig de Maria. Construido en un nivel, lo hace ideal para familias pequeñas con niños de todas las edades. Está amueblado en un estilo local sencillo pero confortable. Cocina moderna bien equipada, cocina de gas y horno eléctrico, con un bar americano en el comedor. Una terraza cubierta en la parte delantera a la que se accede desde la cocina o la sala de estar ofrece el lugar perfecto para las comidas de verano al aire libre. Esta terraza continúa al costado de la casa pero cubierta con enrejados. La piscina está situada al costado de la casa rodeada de césped y jardín de flores, seguida de almendros, higueras, olivos, algarrobos y algunos árboles frutales. El jardín delantero también con zona de césped, plantas de cactus y flores.

Serene and beautiful

We had a wonderful stay at L’Olivera. The garden is stunning, it was such a joy to come back from a busy beach and be in such lovely surroundings. The house is spotless and really well-equipped and we loved the multiple outside seating, sofa at the back, roof terrace, bbq area, the views from the roof are beautiful. The pool is gorgeous and there are sunloungers and parasols so all very comfortable.the location is great, 8 mins drive to lovely Pollensa old town and 15 to the Port. North Mallorca is stunning - easy access to Formentor, 20 mins to Cala San Vincente and 50 mins incredible drive to Soller/Sa Calobra/Cala Tuente. The hosts could not have been more helpful, we will definitely come back.

Our stay at the villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The property was exactly as described, but the photos truly do not capture the beauty of the grounds. The highlight of our stay was the stunning landscape, featuring a perfectly sized pool set amidst well-manicured grounds with lush palm trees. The surrounding beauty created a serene and picturesque setting. The pool area was fantastic, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy. We appreciated that it was regularly cleaned, ensuring a pleasant experience. In addition to the pool, there were great amenities like a table tennis setup and a trampoline, providing fun activities for everyone. The spacious grounds also allowed for leisurely walks, making it easy to get our steps in and enjoy the fresh air. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and maintained throughout our stay. It was clear that great care is taken to keep the property in pristine condition. We did notice that the pool maintenance and cleaning are handled by the owners, who might arrive without prior notice. We recommend asking in advance which days they will be coming, just to plan your activities accordingly. Overall, this villa was a perfect retreat, offering both comfort and beautiful surroundings. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway.Patricia was fabulous and was always available if needed.

Einfach großartig!Wir haben eine Woche in dieser traumhaft gelegenen Finca verbracht. Die Finca war super sauber und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Kommunikation mit Patricia verlief einwandfrei.Am Ankunftstag hat uns ein Willkommenspaket mit allen Dingen die man die ersten Tage benötigt, erwartet.Absolut toller Service.Wir kommen sicher noch mal wieder.Danke!

Wer eine gemütliche und gepflegte Unterkunft für den Norden Mallorcas sucht ist hier genau richtig. Super Kommunikation mit der Agentur und absolut erstklassig. Super Finca für Familienurlaub

Wir waren für eine Woche mit 3 Erwachsenen und einem Kind in der schönen Finca. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und war beim Einzug äußerst sauber. Auch die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern sorgt für Abkühlung in heißen Nächten. Die Orte Pollenca und Alcúdia sind beide innerhalb von 10 min mit dem Auto erreichbar und verfügen über zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Neben dem Pool, der zweimal im der Woche gereinigt wurde, gab es auch noch ein Trampolin für die Kinder. Für uns war es die perfekte Finca für einen gelungenen Familienurlaub und wir würden die Finca auf jeden Fall wieder buchen .

Une villa extrêmement bien entretenue par pepe et pepa les propriétaires qui ont su être présents et discret à la fois. Ménage et changement du linge de maison deux fois au cours du séjour. Piscine régulièrement nettoyée. Multiples petites attention à notre arrivée, où on s’est directement senti comme à la maison. De très beaux souvenirs pour cette première visite aux Baléares.

Ein kleines Paradies

Für uns vier (Eltern + 2 Teenager) war die Finca perfekt. Abseits vom Trubel sind der Ort, Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr schnell erreichbar. Der Garten ist wunderschön und top gepflegt, das Haus geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Sogar gereinigt wurde zwischendurch und Handtücher gewechselt. Wir haben den sauberen Pool und den grandiosen Ausblick von der Dachterrasse sehr genossen. Gern wieder! Große Empfehlung!

Absolut empfehlenswerte Finca

Die Finca hat unserer Erwartungen absolut entsprochen. Pool und Garten sind spitze. Das Grundstück ist von einer Hecke umgeben, die ziemlich dicht ist (Fußgänger oder Radfahrer können aber trotzdem an einigen Stellen das Grundstück einsehen, da es direkt an einer - sehr wenig befahrenen - Straße liegt). Wlan funktioniert einwandfrei. Einziges Manko ist, dass das Doppelbett zu klein (1,60 m) war. Hier wäre in der Beschreibung eine Größenangabe hilfreich gewesen. Schön wären außerdem Auflagen auf den Sonnenliegen. Nochmals: Grundsätzlich absolut empfehlenswert! Nun zu dem weniger Erfreulichen… Wir hatten vorab einige Anfragen an die Verwalterin Patricia geschickt. Der Kommunikationsfluss hier war leider etwas schleppend, aber wir haben immer alle notwendigen Infos erhalten. Hervorzuheben ist hier zum Beispiel die Anfahrtsbeschreibung mit GPS-Daten. Kurz vor Anreise hatten wir uns erkundigt, wann wir uns mit Patricia im Haus treffen. Sie schrieb daraufhin, sie würde sich melden. Dies war der letzte Kontakt mit ihr. Nach ca. 4 Tagen kam unangemeldet die Besitzerin (Putzfrau?), leider nur spanisch sprechend, Kommunikation also schwierig. Sie war unheimlich nett und hat das komplette Haus gereinigt und die Betten bezogen. Dieser Besuch kam dann nochmal nach ein paar Tagen. Wir fanden das eher nicht so gut ohne Anmeldung. Wie gesagt, die Dame war sehr, sehr nett, aber die unangemeldete Situation nicht so schön….

Einfach nur genial...

Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt! Danke an Patricia für den netten und informativen Kontakt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Bei später Anreise auf einem Sonntag fanden wir einen liebevollen Willkommensgruß vor, gespickt mit nützlichen und leckeren Genüssen = großes Kino! Die eigentlichen Besitzer des Hausen wohnen in der Nähe und wechselten innerhalb von zwei Wochen Aufenthalt zweimal die Bettwäsche, reinigten das Haus sowie den Pool. Man fühlt sich einfach nur willkommen-der beste Start für eine schöne Zeit!

Ein rundum erholsamer Urlaub in einer tollen Finca!

Die Finca mit großem Pool ist im wunderbaren Norden Mallorcas gelegen und in einem tollen Zustand. Das Haus und das Grundstück inkl. schöner Olivenbäume, Palmen, Blumen und Pool sind sehr gepflegt und laden zum langen Verweilen ein. Der Pool und das Haus wurden während unseres 2-wöchigen Urlaubs regelmäßig sauber gemacht - sogar inkl. frischer Handtücher! Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin lief einwandfrei auf Englisch, ebenso die Übergaben. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es Hunde die ab und zu zu hören sind, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Es war ein rundum erholsamer Urlaub und die Finca ist als Unterkunft auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! Gracias Patricia

Top gepflegte Finca

Top gepflegte und liebevoll angelegte Finca. Wir haben die Zeit in der Finca wirklich genossen. Die Eigentümer kamen 2x die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche tauschen. Zudem wurde auch die Finca geputzt. Wirklich ein sehr liebes Ehepaar. Wirklich sehr haben wir uns auch über den Willkommens - Präsentkorb gefreut. Gern kommen wir euch mal wieder besuchen!

Simply wonderful

Just returned from 2 wonderful weeks in this lovely villa, communication with Patricia was always quick and helpful. Pool was cleaned several times during our stay, most tines before we were even up. Household cleaning / replacement towels was also undertaken a few times all without any intrusion. Location was great, Port de Pollensa was about 10 min drive away. We spent many days lazing by this lovely pool or out sightseeing around the island. Pollensa is a beautiful location and I would definitely love to return one day.

Finca zum Wohlfühlen

Wunderschöne Finca mit sehr gepflegtem Garten und großem Pool. Es gibt auch eine tolle Dachterrasse, die in der Beschreibung gar nicht vorkommt. Wir fanden ein aussergewöhnliches Begrüssungspaket mit zahlreichen Lebensmitteln und Getränken vor, was wir so noch nie hatten. Auch die Info Mappe war sehr ausführlich mit tollen Tips. Die Finca wurde in den 10 Tagen zweimal gereinigt inklusive Handtuchwechsel. Termine wurden abgesprochen. Überhaupt war alles sehr sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail gepflegt. Wir können diese Finca sehr empfehlen und kommen auch gerne wieder. Danke noch einmal an Patricia, Pep und seine Frau

Ein toller Ort zum Entspannen!

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt! Alles war perfekt organisiert und vorbereit. Die Anreise und Übernahme des Objektes war, dank der guten Anfahrtsbeschreibung und Instruktionen für die Finca, unkompliziert und die Betreuung Vorort lies absolut keine Wünsche offen! Die Verwalterin war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar war. Noch einmal vielen Dank für Alles, liebe Patricia! Das Anwesen mit Villa und Pool ist in hervorragendem Zustand und liebevoll gepflegt von den Eigentümern. 2 x pro Woche (nach Absprache) wurde das Haus geputzt sowie die Handtücher gewechselt. Der Eigentümer kümmerte sich darüber hinaus regelmäßig um Pool und Garten ohne dabei zu stören. Kurz zusammengefasst: Der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder!!
