Courtyard & HOA Improvement Notice: The patio will not be accessible from inside the unit through the sliding glass doors until Oct 16th. Pool and beach access will remain available through the front door and exterior walkways.

HOA has also scheduled various exterior and common-area improvements beginning that will continue through early Spring 2027. The main impact to our unit is expected during December 31– Jan 14, when the HOA will be removing the existing floor coating on the 2nd-floor walkways.

During this period, there may be construction noise and dust near the entrance to the unit. Access to the unit will remain available, and the balcony/patio will not be impacted. Weather permitting, work will take place Monday through Saturday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Amenities, pools and beach access will not be impacted.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while the HOA completes these improvements to the property.

No pets allowed, regardless of size (per HOA rules)

Max occupancy is 6 guests—strictly enforced

Snowbird discounts available for December–February stays (already reflected in pricing)
