Welcome to our dream penthouse, located in the famous Neve Tzedek neighborhood, minutes away the sea! Our colorful apartment has a gorgeous view over the rooftops all the way to Yafo and the sea which can be enjoyed from the terrace on the top floor. The terrace is fully furnished and features a jacuzzi.
**A parking is available for our Guests but must be booked in advance. Please note that in case of hard rain the parking is not available**
**This is a duplex apartment so guests must be comfortable using stairs**
THE SPACE:
The apartment is 165 square meters, including the terrace. There are 2 floors, making it feel like a private house.
- Bottom floor:
Bedroom 1: King size bed, TV, en suite full bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower, closet space.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, closet.
Bedroom 3: Double bed, closet.
Bathroom with tub and hand-held shower head.
Guest toilets.
-Upper floor: living area
Fully equipped open plan kitchen.
Dining area with a table which can accommodate up to 6 people.
Living room furnished with a regular sofa and a kind size sofa, equipped with a flat screen TV
Large terrace with a full seating area and a private jacuzzi

- Bed linens and towels provided for each guest.
- Washing machine and drying rack in the apartment.

- Hi speed Wifi (fiber optic).
- Toiletries starter kit: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper.
- Cooking starter kit: Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Coffee, tea and sugar. Dish soap.
- Jacuzzi*
*Note that the jacuzzi is closed from October 31- April 1st. Please refer to our house guide for how to properly use the jacuzzi.
- Playground on the side of the building, which you can conveniently watch from the rooftop.

- Parking* with elevator leading straight to the apartment: included in the booking. Please notify us at the time of the booking.
*Note that in case of hard rain the parking can be flooded and therefore not available. Maximum height is 1m80.
- Baby bathtub: 50 ₪ per stay.
- Pack 'n play: 100 ₪ per stay.
- Wooden crib: 500 ₪ per stay.
- Baby high chair: 50 ₪ per stay.
- Stay-over Cleaning (Available Sun-Thu from 9am until 7pm): 90 ₪ per hour + 20 ₪ transportation fee. Minimum 2 hours.
- Linen & Towel Refresh (Available Sun-Thu from 9am until 7pm): 110 ₪ per bedroom. Includes new bed sheets, pillowcases, bathmat and a set of towels per guest in the bedroom.
GUEST ACCESS & INTERACTION
The entire apartment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay.
Our team members do their best to be available for our guests, either in person, by email, phone or messages.
We personally greet our guests on request. Should you require such a personal check in please let us know in advance.
We will be happy to answer all your questions and provide recommendations for your stay. Our team members speak English, French, Hebrew, Russian and a bit of German and Danish.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
The final details will be sent to you prior to your arrival after you have completed your check in online.
PASSPORT AND VAT
- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.
- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price.
- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.
- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT.
- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.
- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is located in the historical neighborhood of Tel Aviv called Neve Tzedek. Neve Tzedek renown for being the first Jewish neighborhood built outside of the wall of the ancient port of Jaffa. Today, this neighborhood is famous for its unique and authentic architecture and it is home to many wonderful restaurants and shops.
It takes only a few minutes to walk to get to the beach and about 10 minutes to walk to the center of Tel Aviv.
The main street is called Shabazi and there are boutiques, shops, cafes & restaurants dotted around.
The Carmel Market is a few steps away.
The "Tachana", which is the old train station (from the 20's) and has been renovated recently to host shops, boutiques & restaurants is also a few steps away from the apartment, down Shabazi street.
Jaffa is also within walking distance along the Tayelet (Tel Aviv promenade).
GETTING AROUND
You can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station. There are countless buses departing from the nearby Carmelit bus terminal which will take you about anywhere in Tel Aviv and around. If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.
Lastely we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.
