Además de sus dos dormitorios, la planta principal también tiene una oficina, cocina, comedor y sala de estar. El salón tiene capacidad para 7 y tiene un televisor y una chimenea. La isla grande de la cocina tiene capacidad para 5, mientras que el comedor tiene capacidad para 6. Además de los 3 dormitorios en la planta superior, también hay una sala de estar con cocina americana y medio baño.

Arcadia 5 también tiene un balcón cubierto en el segundo piso con excelentes vistas de la roca roja y un patio en el piso principal con una parrilla.

Justo al final de la calle está el Parque Archie Gubler, donde puede disfrutar del área de juegos para niños, la plataforma de salpicaduras, la cancha de voleibol y las canchas de pickle ball.

Best vacation ever!

This property is amazingly only 3 steps away from a really fun water part. The water slides and lazy river is fun for all ages. All the adults in our group ride the slide with the kids and we all enjoyed it. The house was super clean and spacious. They had pans and pots and all necessary things to cook. The only suggestion I have for the property manager is to leave some basic spices like salt, pepper, sugar ... Overall I had the best birthday experience ever:)

Beautiful property!

This home was gorgeous with all top grade appliances and furniture. It’s light and huge and open. Lots of space for everyone. We had 5 women’s with 6 children under 7 years old as our girls trip. It’s 7 steps out the back door to the pool. Loved our stay. Only complaint was that the kitchen wasn’t cleaned well. The mixer was dirty and good splattered on out the microwave was dirty. And the half bath on the main floor had hair on the floor and in the shower. The rest of the house was clean. It’s well decorated and we just cleaned those things down before using them. We loved our stay and will go back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was exactly as pictured! Clean, comfortable and plenty of space to separate the little people and big people between the 2 floors. We would definitely stay here again. Our only recommendation would be for the front desk staff to be more educated with daily changes. We understand there is alot going on, however I specifically called prior to booking (5 days in advance to our stay) to find out about pool hours and guidelines. We understood the limited capacity restrictions, but weren't told the pool was closed on Sunday (that's all this momma wanted to do on Mothers day!) or that the exterior gates wouldn't be in use- we booked our location with the excitement of the pool gate outside our door for easy access, only to find out we had to walk up to the club house for entrance and exit every time.

Perfect group vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wish I could give the resort, unit, and management company even more stars than this form gives me. The house was spacious and modern, yet cozy for our group trip to southern Utah. The furniture and layout are designer-quality, and we had everything we needed to cook our dinners together. The balcony, 2nd story game room, and living room were perfect spots to play board games and make memories for life. I don’t think the photos can possibly capture how gorgeous sunrise and sunset was on the red rock plateau from the back balcony. The resort amenities are top notch. The pool area is perfect for families and the clubhouse has a really neat game room/craft room on the top level. Also, there’s food service at the pool, resort, and even your house! I can’t believe the quality, value, and location of Arcadia resort and can’t wait to come back soon. We had epic day trips to Bryce Canyon, Zion, and Cedar Breaks without any driving issues. Check-in was painless and the information provided about the area was thorough. Everything is automated and the app provides directions and door codes. I would highly recommend this house for groups and families; it’s easily the best vacation spot in Utah.

Perfect family reunion spot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented units 4 and 5. It was absolutely perfect for our group of 12 adults and 14 kids. Everyone had such a great time. It was amazing to have the pool area right out our back door. The pools, lazy river, slide, and hot tubs were so much fun for everyone. We also really enjoyed the clubhouse with all the fun games and craft room. Some days our kids spent 3 hours playing in the clubhouse. The staff was wonderful. The houses were super clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was great, and there was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the big bonus room for our evening meetings, talent show, skits, etc. The location is great, so close to Snow Canyon, Gunlock falls, petroglyphs, etc. We loved the bikes the resort has for the guests to use. Some of our group also rented the electric scooters and had a blast. It's within walking distance to a grocery store and a couple of restaurants. We would love to rent the same houses again next year for our reunion and would recommend Arcadia to anyone.

Family Fun in Luxurious Accomodations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We gathered with our 8 grandchildren ranging in ages 6 months to 13 years and their parents for a fun-filled vacation at Arcadia Resort. The pools (especially the slide and lazy river) were enjoyed by our entire family, including the littlest grandchild. We also enjoyed the clubhouse with it's game/toy room and art room. Our accommodations were luxurious and spacious, with a place for each family to spread out. The only three suggestions I have are: 1. Provide TV instructions. 2. Provide more eating utensils and plates and glasses. 3. Inform guests of upcoming events (such as art classes) via a weekly newsletter. We have already booked our stay for next year!

We have 4 families with kids and each couple had their own room with a bathroom and there was plenty of options for the kids. We all loved the pools, slide, and hot tubs. The game room in the clubhouse was a fun activity when the kids were ready for a break from swimming. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back!

Very spacious, clean and welcoming!

We stayed here with 4 families, and this large home with lots of space was perfect! Check-in process was very clear and easy to follow. House was clean, new, and furnished nicely. Lots of bedrooms, and each bedroom has its own bathroom! The bunk room was perfect for all the kids! The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps, etc provided were very nice to have. Great outdoor spaces to eat and hang out. The bikes provided in the garage were nice and a fun way to go explore the area. Beautiful views of the red rocks and canyons. Great location in Santa Clara, close to a Harmon's grocery store. Pool was still under construction, as this is a new community, but the pool looks like it will be amazing with a lazy river and water slides. Can't wait to come back and try them out! My only suggestion would be to add a few more towels and extra blankets. The house sleeps 18 but if you fill it up as stated, there are not enough towels for everyone (at least we could only find 2 towels in each bathroom, with no spares). Some of the kids got cold, or wanted to snuggle under a blanket to watch a movie, etc. and there weren't many extra blankets. Not too big of a deal, just minor inconveniences. Would definitely come back and stay, and can't wait for the pool area to open!

It's awesome to go out, hike, enjoy the rugged surroundings and retreat back to an elegant, spacious, clean, well-supplied house. We enjoyed it so much and were very impressed by the perfect decor. It created a very relaxing environment. We had an absolutely wonderful time, and the location is awesome. Harmons is so close and we got everything we needed there. Awesome, will definitely be staying with you company again.

Reviewer Comments: We love using Red rock because I am a little OCD about germs and cleanliness and their properties are always clean and they are great to work with. Once again we were NOT disappointed. There was a small mix up with our original reservation and they went above and beyond to fix it. That is how we ended up staying in the Arcadia home. The Arcadia is a gorgeous home! It will accommodate large groups very well and has everything you would need. We can't wait until our next visit we will definitely try booking the Arcadia.
